Idea painkillers

    Painkillers:
    Adds 2 extra hearts for 1 minute (not "absorption" effect from gapple, but "health boost" effect, so can be refilled)
    Found in zone 4+ one at time.
    Same spawn chance of molotovs.
    Great in sniper battles, pvp general.
    Note: painkillers are in left4dead, not dayz.

    So it's a refillable health item. That seems extremely useful like water bottles. I agree with this.

    I don't think he uses the term 'refillable' as in that you can refill your painkillers like water bottles. He means the hearts you get can get refilled (correct me if I'm wrong)

    You have 10 hearts, use painkillers, have 12 hearts. Not yellow, as said before, but health boost effect.
