    Well, we need more moderators from Europe in order to cover everything up. Yes, we have few staff from other servers that help often, but they have job on other servers. Same with recently promoted players: all were from non-EU Time Zone, meaning that we do not have that place covered. I have to thank skulduggery and GreenPeas_, as they are a bit more active, while rest are on night/evening time. I, Niek and many other European McBrawl players would appreciate more WarZ mods for this exact Time Zone, the amount of them now is quite big, but it ain't effective for us. We are requesting GMT+ players, not EST or NZ timed staff. I'd love to see more moderators on, and since GK got demoted, we lack Pink Tag players.

    We're not gonna accept a ****ty applicant if they're EU.

    We accept all good players worthy of a pink name, and aren't going to lower our standards.

    European time is generally not peak time for our servers, in particular WarZ.
    If, for whatever reason, you need a member of staff online, simply post on my wall and I will be on in seconds.
    Nevertheless, possibly one or two European members of staff would not hurt.
    If a good enough application is written, it will be accepted, simple.

    We do kind of need mods for this timezone as most of are mods are in the United States.

    During EU hours most of the servers are quiet. So I feel as if it wouldn't be necessary to promote all these EU players to mod just because of the timezone.

    Don't get me wrong, obviously if they fit the requirements and deserve the rank then they should get it. But if you're saying that they should just get a rank cause of their time zone, then it's rather pointless.

    If an application is good, they accept it. If an application is bad, they won't. If the applicant happens to be european then that's a plus, but they won't accept mod applicants just because they are European.

    Peas is in England so he's kinda in the European timeline. Well if you want some Warz eu mods then some must apply

    Eu time: 200 players online.
    US time: 1.2k players online....

    Only good applications are accepted. From the vibe I'm getting from this thread, you're from Europe somewhere. Hate to break it to you, but this thread won't help you. Staff from different timezones is good, yes; but they're hard to find for most of the people on the other side of the world usually speak another language, or they don't know good enough English to be accepted (Assuming their first language wasn't English and that they aren't immature). This is why McBrawl has little staff from other countries.

    One of the main reasons where we don't get many good EU Applicants. Every once and a while, a good Application from EU comes along, which is a plus. Most of our players come from the US, so we generally get many US Applicants. Hopefully we will get some good EU Applications soon.

    I'm from Eastern Europe, my country was occupied by both Nazis and Soviets, but I've got a really high English grade of some sort.

    Kinda true, when I was mod it was actually crowded abit, since I left and Green is smod less mods are online EU times, due to the fact Green is now SMod and he has all servers to moderate, not easy...
