    We have all been there...
    Next Map: Grind_Inf Gamemode: Infection
    XTC<Ninjacat20>: Yay Grind :V Maybe my kdr will go up!
    Skip ahead, you spawn and run for the best spot, a ledge in the middle of the map where there is a relatively easy parkour to get up. You jump onto the block to jump onto the ledge and all heck breaks loose. Some __(Insert offensive word here)__ with C4 decides to go Micheal Bay on everyone. He places his C4 then suicides. Almost 20 players are killed instantly.:dead: Half the players are infected and the survivors are cowering in a corner because they are Emp'ed from the glitch. Usually the survivors die and the game is over.

    Such a great Infect map should not be like this. My suggestion is change the wood plank block that you jump from to glass. This way C4 cannot be placed on it. It will not prevent people from using a grenade but it mostly happens with C4 anyways. It would be an easy fix to improve the server.

    C4 glitching is being fixed
    They also deserve that for camping :V

    I don't camp there anyways. Just choose a different spot, like the spawn. But yeah... At least c4 glitching is not nearly as popular as it was.

    Are you saying the ledge that you jump to get to that camping spot should be changed to glass blocks, or panes? Personally, it should be glass blocks because than someone can't destroy the ledge than.

    Doesn't matter if only those blocks were replaced by c4, just c4 around those blocks for instance, the ground

    Yes, but since C4 has a range now of lethal damage, the players would be crippled, at most. Really, they would just take damage.

    I got infected from a guy that put it quite far away from it and took out 9/10 of the people on it and luckly I had 2 hearts left. TIP: practice the parkour thing on single player and have your secondary in your hand so you can break them before it blows up.

    If you stand on the half slabs up there I've found that you can't get c4'd just stand back and relax. I don't do that anymore though I run around as a challenge.

    Off Topic: Nice optifine.
    On Topic: Yes, this can really be annoying, but I also find it great for raising your kdr. If you have quick feet like me, you will never die up there and always be the last person alive.
    Multiple grenades can be thrown up there to kill the player, however, only the skilled live.

    Best thing to do on this map as root: have perk flak jacket and have molotvs and grenades. Rush that area when its filled with people failing to get on top of the platform. Toss 2 nades and 2 motovs. Instant emp. I did this and went 70-3 as root. It was hard but possible. Anyways, im not completely sure about yes or no.

    I give it a maybe because as you know maybe the infector raged and there is no infector and the game is a waste of time. So you can use it for when there is no infector to get the game going on. Thats unfair so add the glass sopt.
