I think the one big reason why WarZ doesn't get as many people as I think it should is that most new players learn about the game from the spawn, but they don't learn how to get there. I recall that it took me at least a month to just get to snow city from when I start playing WarZ. Then they never get anything good, never achieve anything and eventually they leave. The only reason I even got to snow was because @BBSlayer5150 helped me.

So, my idea is that either the spawn has information about how to get to at least nether and snow, if not more places. Or the other option is that new players get a sort of noob rank where they receive a book with coordinates or perhaps directions to get to some higher zoned places. They will lose this book after 2 hours of in-game time.

It would be cool if the book was written like a diary or something that taught the player what to do but in the form in which the player feels he is thinking it. Such as, "I think heading north would be a good idea to get better geared..."

I like that idea, it might be easier for players to understand like that, but I think we should leave out any mistakes. So it's the guide of a knowledgeable player heading to nether and they don't get lost or anything.

You know how in mine plex when you do tutorial you are invisible and you stand in a shack? Well... someone could implement this same thing in mcbrawl which would take the player to all the different zones and showing them what kind of stuff spawns in those zones.

That would be awesome, I'm just not sure how practical to code that would be. And I think this is all moot point until the new map comes out because there's no point in making a guide to where everything is just before we get a new map.

See if you can get some staff from mine plex to teach us how to do it. (When the new map comes out though)

I get there because of the map sometimes.
But after a while you get used to the route.
But for newer players, it is really confusing and frustrating.

Yeah, yesterday a new player logged on that recieved a donor package from some random player. I showed him around, and by the end of the day he had full iron + diamond boots and all tier four weapons. This was on day 1 for him. I even thought to myself, dang, I wish I could have learned this quickly.
    My suggestion:
Similar to the spectate mode in Party, there should be a new player spectate option out of spawn. They get to fly around and can't interact with anything. They could have the thing from party where they can't go up or down also. Then they can get a map/book that tells them where to look!

How about encouraging New comers to get Rei's Minimap, and having pre-recorded and downloadable cords to all places, named, zoned, and color coded?

When I first joined, that's what I did.

Man, I have not played warZ with you in forever. Last time we played was when you were still followhenis, and you did not migrate to skull for another 2 months. Good times, very nostalgic. I remember it clearly though, we should play again some time
Any who, I feel that this would be PERFECT for the new map. I predict that the new map will also feature a new starter room. I was thinking maybe something similar to the War starter room that DarkChaosKnight made. That would be cool. TY's idea of like spectating from zone to zone would be cool as well. A book would also be nice, it could really help the new players out. I like this idea, it really should be considered.
