My minecraft frame always freezes!

Are you running the latest java or check you're graphics card.

it happens to me, its just lag because minecraft has to load the map and all the entities in 1 spot kills your FPS

 

Oooohhh, thats lag. The server has a lot of work to due so it lags for everyone. Don't worry, it's a server problem, not your com.

 

So that's lag...I feel like an asshole now for saying I never lag...

 

Jesus, you guys don't know what lag is.
There's FPS lag and server lag.

FPS lag is when your Minecraft is choppy, or doesn't run well, or freezes.
Server lag is when people teleport and warp around. Since the server has a GB line and I don't lag, if you have this problem, it your internet connection, not the server's.

This is his computer's problem.
Not the server's.
The servers have an extremely powerful CPU and 32GB of RAM.
I highly doubt it's the server's fault.

 

FPS lag is when your computer goes at 10 fps per seconds. SERVER lag is when everyone stops for a moment. Then the chat suddenly fills up with people saying LAG. If everyone froze on him and chat stopped, that is server lag.

 

Game is correct. Outside of the occasional server freeze, I run a good 60-90 FPS while on a server as big as MC-War.

i run 13-30 fps on mc-war but im upgrading soon ;D

 

If your computer is good and you get full bars then it's your Internet, sure you may have full bars but if your right next to the router or something like that it has to display a good connection from your device to the ROUTER but as for your Internet provider or quality that's what would make you lag. For example, I went to my uncles house, he wanted me to try a gaming PC and when I tried it, the first time the server had constant freezes. The computer was on a wireless router that only ran 20Mbps. I knew it was the Internet because I tried single player and not a problem. I also tried a few other servers and those had constant freezes. So what I did was I wired the PC to my uncles 1 GBps secondary Internet that is lightning fast... And the server, computer and Internet ran smooth as **** at 185 fps. So... Judging by what your describing, you may need better Internet
