Thank you for reporting this glitch to us. We already knew of it but it is good to see that you took the time to show your concern.

 

This is an odd glitch. It wasn't in any previous versions of the PvPGunPlus plugin, not even the public releases.
This is why jumping in midair and shooting a gun with recoil should send you to the ground. Otherwise you can abuse vertical recoil to get out of maps.

I think this has to do with whatever happened to spigot, because before the spigot thing this didn't exist.
And there are like 9 people on server 1 doing this on infect :/

 

Welcome to server 1 where people abuse OOM glitches/exploits...
Seriously, we need to stop these people from doing this.

 

All we can do is screen and report, not much else you can really do.

 

I don't know if they're accepting reports like this but there's going to be a hell amount of reports on this. And since no one will listen to like a mod when they're being told to get down, its going to be a really hard job for a mod to deal with this on like a bit server.

 

Before the host change the recoil sent you too thr ground v: Must have been some kind of a corrupted file or something v:

 

That was better than what we have now. It's easy to get out of map now, especially with Model.

 

But it is all the recoil. If recoil wasn't a factor, this wouldn't happen. It knocks you back.

If the recoil could be made so it makes you shoot upwards instead of knockback, it would probably be better

 

Many guns have the recoil, (*Cough* MODEL) that has the ability to launch a player out of the map. There will be fixes hopefully.

 

Unfortunately, I don't believe that's possible. Otherwise, it would have been done.

 

This is an issue but one that has been exploited for a SUPER long time. Most or some of the OOM situations all have to do with recoil from guns.

The moddel knockback has been attempted to be fixed. They tried to make it so you glitch back after you shoot but it only sometimes is effective.

 

Edit the maps and make the walls 1-5 blocks higher, problem solved but it might be a bit hard

 

No, I'm not sure if everyone realizes this, but before you could not jumping and shoot to get OOM with any gun unless it was from a ledge such as aftermath with model. Now when you jump and shoot your gun the recoil pops you up and a little back leading to easy OOM and more importantly INSANELY OP spots on infect as the zombies have no guns and usually C4 and grenades are useless in that situation. So actually, this wasn't used before the update @devin1qaz11
