Community-submitted spreadshirt designs

We could perhaps run a competition for a T-Shirt & Jumper design.

 

What if we had a design for some of the memorable clans I.e FLUX and NEX or maybe some current and popular clans?

 

It'd be awesome to have the community show off their graphic design skills and have them printed on clothing

 

Yeah, a McBrawl community clothing line.

But then again, if McBrawl makes money off a design made by someone else, the creator I think has to get something out of it too.

 

But if McBrawl makes a clothing line and sells it, the creator should get more than a free donor item? Might as well sell it themselves.

 

I imagine if it was a contest, they may be given a free donator rank for so long, but I doubt they would receive any percentage made from profits of clothing sales.

 

But if McBrawl makes $500 dollars from one week of selling, and they give one player a free donator rank. Lets say it is a $20 donator rank with a membership.

500-20= $480 profit for McBrawl, and only $20 for the creator.
In theory, the creator could sell it themselves for much more than $20 worth of donator items.

 

But, you would be creating the design in the knowledge that it is a contest and the prize for an accepted design would be a free donator rank, not a percentage of the profit.
