    At the moment team RTN has started a new map based off the landings at Iwo Jima. Here is a picture of the plan, which I did on my iPad in 1 minute.

    You might see the next screenshots and say; 'that's a noobs aircraft carrier'. But we are planning to make the hull separate then WE the deck on top, just so we don't make the ship too narrow or too fat.
    Hope you enjoy, cause it is 2 hours into contrition and %5 complete.

    I am sorry, but I am pretty sure it is Iwo Jima.

    I am learning about that stuff in class. :smile:
    Looks nice right now, but there is still work to be done.

    I don't know about this map. Based on the carrier, it seems like a Battlefield map. If you add sponges and stuff, it would be similar to dday, except without the high ground for the defending team. It looks nice, but is it something that fits in MC-War?

    69 is a modern carrier number, 14 is one of the Essex-class carrier numbers
    It depends really, we could probably add high ground and ladders, also it will be deep water so players can diver for cover. Landing craft and bunkers will be added (you can guess what sides have which) as well as lower decks on the carrier (with ladders of corse) making it a relatively good sea/ground assault. It will hopefully be a good map to added to our ww2 collection.

    Whoops, I will try to fix that as soon as possible

    Should we add the entire fleet of 450 ships to the map (hope not) and the landing beach consisted of black volcanic sand plus 18km of tunnels, I edited the 5" flak guns (single mount turrets) to look more realistic in the mc-war texture pack

    I will update the pictures tonight after I build some more, the ship is about %35 complete
