Ok this is a long story but lets make it short, in my thread saying that "I won't apply for a long time due to family problems and such". But most of the family problems are gone and everything is getting better (hopefully). So I'll be more active and such. It may seem awkward at first because of that.

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Helpful on the servers, yes. I try to be really helpful as I can in-game if I know what they're asking for. Ex: A player asks "When is the update coming?" From what knowledge I know of would most likely be "No ETA" because I have no idea when and its best not to give false information. Same thing with the forums, I give my best information upon their question(s). I mostly try to be as nice as I can to everyone here. And as for Teamspeak, I'm quite active but I won't say I'm really active due to the fact that its hard for me to get on Teamspeak during school days because of homework and other kinds of work. However, I am active on Teamspeak during weekends (depends if I'm not away or if I don't have homework), but I do not talk for lots of reasons that were mentioned plenty of times.
Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? - I would have to say (sorry if this isn't right but it is a estimation) about 15+ reports. Most of them are hacker reports. But I haven't been seeing many rule breakers besides ones that glitch and go out of the map, but I can't report them cause its not in the rule breaker report section.

How old are you? - I am 16 years old and about to turn 17 in a few days.
What time zone are you in? - Pacific Time Zone (UTC-08:00).
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - Ok, I've mentioned this before on my app but, As stated, I joined Mc about 3 years ago and one hell of a hard time playing. Once I got used to playing, I started building things like towers, towns, medieval places, to just about anything. I guess that's about it mostly for this part, I got nothing else to really talk about.
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I am currently a Admin on a friends server (not a private server), it is still in development. The server is still currently down for setting up everything. I was a mod on BrawlerAce_'s server and freakiziod123's server (proof on my old staff application: https://www.brawl.com/threads/9238/) And I was a moderator for Mc-Warfare for about a month. I did my best to moderate for war and apparently, I did a amazing job from what I heard.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I already provided a amazing status but since I am re-applying, I will provide my best to any question(s) they might have (depends on how what I know about the topic they're stating). I did and I'll lock threads that have gone off topic, rage threads, hacker report threads, etc.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - To be honest, I've only used a hacked client once on a friends server for about like a month then I took it off cause I didn't really need it. But today I'm not using a hacked client and I will never use one.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - I've been banned off one server because one of the admins were doing a challenge to see who can make the first legit diamond pickaxe. So I go into the ground, find 3 diamonds setting right out in the open, make the diamond pickaxe and I was the first to make it. So what does the admin do? He accuses me of hacks and bans me forever. The other admins un-banned me but I just kept getting banned by that one guy. They did nothing to solve that problem with that one admin.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I'm pretty active in-game, I wasn't that active after my re-signing because of (already mentioned in my outro). I am beginning to be very active again. But still there are times when I can't get on for reasons like school or other types of work related things.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - On school days I'm not that active due to school work or some other work related things. But on weekends, I'm mostly on Teamspeak, but it also depends if I don't have to go somewhere or have heavy homework to do. I would consider myself like a 5 or a 6.5/10, I do try to get on when I can. Most of the time I don't talk for reasons that I mentioned a lot of times.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - Very active at the most, about like 12+ hours a day to check and such. I'm sitting at around 1700+ posts which is quite active... most of my posts are helpful and nice. I try to keep my posts at a constant steady pace with helpful type of posts.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength would be helping people, obviously from what a lot of people see me as.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Losing great friends and watching loved ones hurt getting hurt would have to make this my greatest weakness.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I'll kindly warn them not to do it again and show them what they did wrong and in-force the rules to them.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - I would tell them not to do it again and warn them if they do it again, they'll be kick for not listening to the rules and a moderator.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - If they don't listen the third time, I'd kick them for breaking the rules, not listening, and abusing a exploit or a glitch. If they come back in, I would have to warn them if they did that again, bigger punishments would come.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I'll accept what they're saying and ask if this is true or not. If someone tells me this is wrong yet they have no info to prove their state is correct, I'd tell them that their statement is not correct and ask a former person that knows if my or that person's statement is correct.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I'll tell them not to do that again, if it's grave-digging, I would lock it and tell that person don't grave-dig again. If that person shows a 18+ content, I shall report it and warn the person for 18+ content.
When would you lock a thread? - I'll usually lock a thread when its been grave-digged, flame war starting, extremely off-topic post from its original topic discussion, very pointless threads (ex. lag threads), duplicate threads, solved problems threads, and the owner of the thread requests a lock.

Anything else we should know about you? - Most of everything I've said already but I haven't told you guys that I'm really not that good at art even though you may think my designs and builds are good, but I just don't have a creative mind.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - If the player goes out of the map, I'll tell him/her to get back in the map and if they don't listen, they'll get kicked from the server for breaking the rules. If they come back in and ask why did they get kicked, I'll tell them the reason(s) why they shouldn't of done that and listened to a mod.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Since I was a former moderator, I pretty much know all the commands and how the plugins work (besides the coding part of that though). I do not however know all the other commands for like super-mod and those other type of commands.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I fully understand that if I abuse my powers it will be taken away, after a month of being trust worthy with mod, I'm fully sure that I won't abuse my powers.
