    True, maybe 1 per 30 zombie spawns in nether/snow?

    Sounds great, but yes, might want to change how often they spawn.
    1 per 30 normal zombies sounds nice, or even rarer than that.

    I think 1 per 30 would be a good deal.

    Maybe a king or queen zombie every 100 zombies that is really strong.
