    I don't think Likes / Dislikes / Agree / Disagree are necessary inOff-Topic.
    Perhaps the inclusion of a Funny / Useful could work, possibly.

    Ratings in off-topic could be ok, but maybe not add Likes or Dislikes. But what GP said, maybe useful or Funny, maybe creative.

    Putty removed the ratings because off-topic became a place where people would spam random things and get loads of positive ratings from it. As long as this feature is made so that people do not start spamming then I am all for it.

    Likes and dislikes have but little use in off-topic, other ratings could be used like: informative, funny , useful or creative and possibly friendly
