Where is the post? Link please?

 

Are you on a mac...because none of this works for me. I also use WinZip no WinRAR. Please help me. If anyone can help me do it, I'd like to Skype with them so they can tell me where to go and all that. Thanks if you will help.

I am confused. Can anyone help me? Anyone who would we can Skype chat and figure it out and lead me through the steps please.

I'm assuming you are using Windows Vista/7. If you aren't, I can't help you. Win8 is too confusing :v

Step 1: Drag the Client Zip onto your desktop.
Step 2: Use WinZip to open up the Client Zip. Drag out the 'Mc-War' folder onto the desktop.
Step 3: Click on your start menu.
Step 4: Type in the Search field '%appdata%'
? Step 4a: You may or may not have to click 'Roaming'
Step 5: Click on the '.minecraft' folder.
Step 6: Click 'versions'.
Step 7: Drag the 'Mc-War' folder (LEAVE IT INTACT, DO NOT OPEN IT) into 'versions'
Step 8: Close all your folder windows.
Step 9: Open the Minecraft Launcher.
Step 10: Set your profile to the Mc-War version
Step 11: Play on the client!
Step 12: Thank @phantamanta44 for his amazing hard work.

Step 14: Thank Phanta again.
Step 15: Profit

Step 2: Right click on the Zip file and click Open With. Then click Archive Utility.
Step 3: Press Command+Shift+G.
Step 4: Type in the field '~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/versions'
Step 5: Drag the 'Mc-War' folder (LEAVE IT INTACT, DO NOT OPEN IT) into 'versions'
Step 6: Close your folder window.
Step 7: Open the Minecraft Launcher.
Step 8: Set your profile to the Mc-War version
Step 9: Play on the client!
Step 10: Thank @phantamanta44 for his amazing hard work.
Step 11: ????
Step 12: Thank Phanta again.
Step 13: Profit

Macs automatically unzip files when you download them and put the unzipped file on the desktop. Then it puts the zip in the trash when it's done. So I'm confused why people are taking the zip out of the trash and having to use the archive utility.

You could always borrow one from the CoD wiki, like I did

 

umm. that's not true I am using a Macbook Pro the one with the retina display with the latest version of Mavericks and that doesn't happen.

Can you fix the Firing Mode option? With the skullcrusher, I have to keep clicking the button to fire in a burst. There should be a "full auto" mode where if you hold down the trigger, its still a burst but it keeps firing. Also its glitched when you switch to your sidearm.
