[Infect] Re-implementation of Molotovs and Flashbangs

    As we all know, molotovs and flashbangs were disabled for zombies in the infection gamemode for being too op. However, survivors are able to successfully use these against zombies, but they don't insta-kill against them. This seems a little unfair that the survivors get to use molotovs and flashbangs while zombies don't. My idea would be to re-implement the functions of molotovs and flashbangs for zombies again, BUT, they do not insta-kill any player. For molotovs, they would light survivors on fire (as they normally would) to cause a panic spread instead of killing those players right on the spot. Flashbangs would also function as they normally would as in the other gamemodes.

    To be honest I would like molotovs to be re added for zombies the way they used to be, when molotovs where still able to be used by zombies survivors would always be in fear, not like what it is now with just being a massive easy ass xp farm. I would not mind this being added though, even if it is not insta kill it would still make it at least a bit harder for survivors.

    Great idea, especially as these days infect is a huge mess of people spamming rayguns and law. It would make it better for the zombies and give the survivors more of a challenge.

    Tomahawks are real OP on maps like Carrier, on those iron bars. I would love seeing these back implemented, and give the zombies a chance!

    This is similar to a thread that @Sexy_YH made. You could have just added on, instead of making a new thread.
    Because it's different this will still unlocked. Just be mindful of that.

    I would personally not like molotovs in infect. They annoy me, and the damage is also annoying, especially since it doesn't matter when you get infected. I would only keep the flashbangs, to be honest.

    Molotovs hardly do any raw damage alone. You get just one more (with /war buy) per life and the same amount if you donated for them. I do not see how that's op when flashbangs are in general, more powerful and that molotovs are meant to cause panic among players.

    However, thank you for informing me about your first paragraph.

    1 molotov for every zombie. 50 zombies. 1 molotov does 5 hearts. 250 hearts of possible damage every "wave" V:

    Flashbangs are hardly useful in tdm and ctf, where perhaps they can get you out of a sticky situation, but their effectiveness would be optimized in infect. If you could blind survivors, even if only for 5 seconds, that would make flashbangs worth the money, in my opinion. And with the introduction of the raygun, an instant travel 100% noscope accuracy instant kill explosice weapon, the zombies need some sort of tool to debuff that insane aimability, to coin a new term.

    I would love to see this added. It means I would actually be able to get some kills as a zombie. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Flashbangs are actually quite useful for tdm/ctf, you can use them to blind your enemies to move up closer to the enemy and kill your enemies, flashbangs are more useful if you are a rusher.

    But they can usually only be effective on one or two people at a time. It's most helpful if you need to get across a dangerous area, which is exactly why they would be useful in infect

    I must that these tacticals do not change the course of the game a lot, I see no problem with reenabling them.

    Are you kidding me?
    Do you know how overpowered molotovs were?
    They were literally worse than C4.

    As long as they aren't insta-kill, I think zombies should be able to use them. They can have a good tactical use against campers, and ray guns. And people camping with ray guns.

    Yeah, the zombies can only use grenades while players use anything they want.

    Great idea +1 they should disbale molotov and flashbangs.. in gamemode infect...
