    This will be a secondary donor gun and it has no ammo but when you right click you can fly but if you stop pressing right click you will fall. I know I know to many OOMs but you can do something like this: they are not aloud to go out of the map. for example if they tried to get out it would push them back into the map. Heres the gun details:

    Ammo: none
    Ability: after 10 secs you fall (do not take fall damage)
    Type: secondary
    Price: $5

    Not compatible in infect.

    It would be way too hard to make it impossible to got out of map.

    Yay. I have wanted for this thing to be out, so let's go out of map! Brilliant, isn't it.

    Flying ability? No, people will get on OP spots in infect or TDM. Too much abusing.

    Still OP, watch people get on rooftops on maps like Downturn, where there is a part that got closed off for being unbalanced. Arkaden is a good example, too!
