    Come on guys, the Battlefield section can't just die like this, right?
    What's your favorite weapon(s) in any Battlefield title, and why?
    Even though it isn't the best, I like the G36, because of its accuracy and pretty good power. Then again, this is from Battlefield 2.
    For Battlefield 3, I have no opinion on assault rifles or sniper rifles, so I'll just say this. The M1014 is a pretty good, balanced shotgun, but the 870MCS has a pretty nice range. For pistols, it's one of the two (3 counting the scoped variant) most powerful revolvers - the MP412 REX and the .44 Magnum, scoped or unscoped.
    EDIT:
    Favorite assault rifle: M16A3, M16A4
    Favorite assault carbine: M4A1, G36C
    Favorite personal defense weapon: MP7
    Favorite sniper rifle: M98B or SV-98, no idea.
    Favorite DMR: M39 EMR for sure
    Favorite shotgun: M1014, 870MCS
    Favorite pistol: .44 Magnum, MP-412
    What about you guys?

    Feel free to bring in mods in the discussion, just make it clear that it's a mod.

    I like the FAMAS with holographic scope along with the AK74u. My 3rd would be RPG, I miss those times when I blew up jets in midair and all that :+( I had terrible kdr tho.

    My favorite is the m416 assault rifle I believe. But I haven't played battlefield in forever.

    the best weapon in BF4 is probably the AK5C or the M416, with maybe a reflex or other red dot sight.

    I mostly spend time in vehicles or teamkilling, but I enjoy using famas for some reason. Even thought it may not be as good, I like it in both here and BF4. I used to like M16 before it got nerfed.

    I think that they removed M16A4 or such since beta. I've never gotten around to turn my console on...

    They took out the A3 and M4A1. The burst fire variants (m4 and A4) are still in but there's no advantage over an m416.

    I think the SW40 is better than the REX, unless you're non-premium.

    In Battlefield 2, we don't have all those cool revolvers and stuff. Just a 92FS, MR-444, and QSZ-92. With the exact same stats. They're just for different factions. :L
    But still, BF2 is good. I still like my G36C (or any G36 model, really), but the M95 Barrett is also a good weapon as well, since it's the only weapon that can penetrate armored glass.

    The G36C took the DICEhammer and got a huge ROF nerf in bf4 ._.

    MPX, Yes Thats right i do have Premium :stuck_out_tongue: Ima beast with it. got all attachments and dogtag (get 500 kills with MPX) in 2 days :grinning:
