    I think that wooden pressure plates should be landmines which are visible 1-in 10 ticks through an animation and blow up in a 3 block radius.

    And I think landmines have already been shot down by a majority of the community many times.

    Not really a land mine. Since it can be detonated by a player, I would assume it isn't a land mine. I could be wrong though...

    Wait, How bout making land mines string as it can't be seen all too well. only limit one per death.
