Bug Flakjacket Broken

    Leaving this thread to be archived.

    As the title suggests, the perk is literally broken. I have not used it in months, as I do not go on my alt too much, but I always get instantly killed by an explosion during an infect match. This is not just lucky direct shots. I always get killed at full health around a corner by a Ray Gun with the perk equipped.

    Hopefully other people who use it can vouch for me.

    This is strange. Unfortunately, I do not have the perk, Flak-Jacket, but with my knowledge of the perk, you should not be dying like this. Maybe a coding-bug with it since the last server mess-up (recoil glitches).

    Lol, flak was broken ever since it came out...
    I remember seeing your alt in one of bucking's videos raging about how flak didn't work.

    Well, that isn't good that Flak-Jacket works. It's the only protection against ray, and it's broken. I think this has to be fixed soon, or else Majora will rage endlessly. No one wants Majora to rage endlessly.

    Flak Jacket stopped working at the same time as recoil was removed, at least for me. I vouch for this.

    Soo the ones who bought flackjacket the last month?! we are just screwed?? we wont get out $$ back? will it work again?

    Yeah, I noticed this when I got instakilled by C4 even though I had the perk on. MUST FIX!

    Flack jacket takes off some damage caused to you by explosion so if a ray hits you you get less damage with the perk on than without it.
