    On WarZ #7/8/9 in the desert town with a ship, there's a chest that never restocks. I recently tested, and it did not refill until the restart. I'm still going to re-check the server later, but there's an issue like that. It doesn't really change anything in gameplay, but it seems to me that I'd be glad to have this fixed. Also, I never grabbed any contents. It is "natural".

    I have seen this as well, and I am wondering if it has been done like this on purpose.
    Oh, and it's on all servers not just the ones that you listed.

    Yes. I just tested it on 5. Luckily, I was in that house, where the chest is at.

    Some chests tend to be empty for no reason mainly because it might not be connected with the plugin for refilling chests?

    It's probably because it is not either in proper zone or the code doesn't render items.

    According to putty the chest was never properly set up and as a consequence of that it is now only for decoration.
