Then again, it is called 'donating' isn't it? As an MVP the only thing I use frequently is TP, and even so not that often. But with the 'donating' thing, this isn't donating, it is purchasing. The definition of donation is "something that is given to charity" and this doesn't appear to be charity. I think maybe just have an actual donation section and a purchasing section would make things better? Probably not but just a thought.

 

Honestly, when I first joined this server I thought it was so much fun. I would get full iron armor, be really happy, then 1v1 or 2v2 other people with iron armor. No donors were ever at the noob towns that would tp back, so it was fun. However, I found myself in the snow for the first time with all teir 3 guns and met a donor. I saw his name tag and thought I would rush him like I always did. when I went closer to the echest, his position, I noticed 4 players instead of one. I of course died after working hard all day. Now, as a donor, I can teleport to a person and get full iron and tier fours and occasional diamond in less than 10 minutes. It really just sucks the fun out of the game when there is no challenge. When you die you just log onto another server and fight until you die there. Hop back on to the server you previously died on and teleport back. It really just isn't the same. Imagine a server where everyone had to walk to the nether. A server where you killed two people once and not four times. A server where you don't log on and suddenly have all teir fours. Sounds sort of familiar? Sort of like the actual game this is based off of. That would be a fun game.

 

Yes, I have to agree. In my opinion, MVPs have too many advantages. Maybe normal players could start off with a bit more supplies or medicine? But that won't change anything that much, right? Personally, I have never met any friendly MVPs, besides Lampbeater, Mark and few other people. Rest have proven to be either immature or just annoying. All hopes for update to change the gameplay mechanics. That won't happen most likely :V

 

So remove donations and let the server crumble so you couldn't play it even if it WAS fun!
But honestly, I kinda like the TPing back. It adds strategy to the game and makes it so you have to rush the person so they can't let another person TPA back. And if they do... it's a full leather with an SR9. Kill him with an AK-47, and no more TPAs.

While so much of your statement is true Credo, that there are SO MANY immature and annoying MVPs, I think you are making too big of a stereotype. I know many donors who are kind people and who won't DDoS you whenever you kill them. I won't name any on either side, but there are still kind donors out there, you just gotta find them.

There are no players who win battles without MVP/VIP.

 

It could have the same TPA time but maybe less enderchest room

 

I agree, I can't ever win a battle against donors. They just teleport back for more. I faced a full diamond and a half diamond earlier, and I only had iron armor. My teammates were all dead, and by a miracle, I broke the full diamond guy's armor and killed him. I quickly used a Barrett, then a M1014 to finish the other guy off. Then, while I was recovering my health, the first guy teleports back and kills me, since I only had a bit of health left from the encounter. The teleportation gets extremely OP, as well as the fact that the donors start with a gun, have an ender chest, etc.

 

Besides me, Teaming with Cbsusd and signatured who are MVPs xD

This. I agree with you, I do really hate the fact cause if there's a full team of donor's, you can almost never win cause they can just tpa back and get their fallen allies or go to the enderchest. I once kill a full diamond and their team of full iron, what did they do? They kept tpa'ing back until I ran out of bullets and died. It's so stupid that you basically can just do that until the enemy just runs out of things to use. Just make it so that you can't tpa to the person 3 minutes after death, this'll solve the problems with MVP teams and make it more fun for the non-donors to actually get their loot for once...

 

I feel like you take everything against donating a bit to the extreme. I never said we should completely remove donations, but simply restrict them or change them.

 

The enderchest, even if it had less room, would still be OP. Even if it had one row, that's enough room for weapons and diamond Armour.

My point remains. So few people would donate if TPA was removed. If I sound extreme its because I know what'll happen to the server if TPA is removed.

 

Maybe you couldn't be able to tp to the player if an enemy was near by to the player you're tping to.

Along with if you've just died

 

Just a fact: most good players have MVP.

 

That's because they're experienced and bought it. Many a good player bought MVP after they got good. And many a good player doesn't have MVP. Me included.

On the other hand, if you get too greedy for money, decide to sell coowner, and then watch as your server crumbles, then donations can be bad... *coughcoughiwontsaytheserverbutyouknowwhatiamtalkingaboutcoughcough*
