    Hello fellow Brawlers!

    Today I would like to talk to you about a prestige system for MC-War. For those of you who don't know, the prestige system in CoD is a way for players who have reached max level to trade in all their progress for a new rank/badge and some bonuses (permanently unlocked guns, gain xp at an increased rate). This means that the player is set back to level one, and must work up to max level to gain a higher badge and more bonuses. The reason I think this should be added is because I've noticed a lot of players, including myself, become bored of this wonderful server as they have lost the excitement of levelling up, and are therefore spending less and less time on it. Here is my ideas for how it should work:

    There should be a maximum level to reach somewhere between 50-70. Once the player has reached that level, an icon will appear in their 'gun menu' (it could be textured as a CoD badge). When the player clicks that icon, they will (with further confirmation of course) have all their XP and guns reset to the minimum level (EXCLUDING donor items) and receive a coloured rank in front of their name indicating what level prestige you are at. You should also get a some kind of rank/badge on the forums so everyone can see your fantastic glory even if they are not on the server. The bonuses you gain from going prestige could be anything from permanently unlocking a gun (even if you prestige again) or gaining an extra class to earning XP at an increased rate (like from Titanfall).

    I believe if this is added, seasoned players will come back to play more, and it will bring more excitement as you have a goal to reach.     This could work, it would make players have more goals for the server. You have my full support on this.

    This would be an interesting twist to include, however I have o e question. What would you do with the players who are already above max level prestige?

    maybe before it resets the stats there could be something like: ''Do you want to confirm to reset youre stats and go to Prestige Bronze?''[EDIT] maybe prestige leagues like this:
    1.prestige bronze,2.prestige silver,3.prestige gold,4 prestige platinum.Overall +1.

    Thats a good question... I'm not sure what could be done for them, maybe if they are above the level by more than 10 they get extra bonuses? Anyone else have any ideas?

    Only problem is there isn't a current "level cap." So the level 100+'a out there who worked hard for their levels would just be set back to the max level? That would anger some (most) of them. That's the only flaw I see in this.

    This prestige system is already implemented on another call of duty based server that works very well and it would very cool if this idea would be implemented on these servers

    Assuming you prestige at level 30, level 100's would be third prestige with 10 surplus levels.

    The idea is nice, but as many have stated above, it must be implented from the very beginning.

    Also we do not only have a level ranking, kills and deaths are also important.

    If this would be true, but do you know how fast you can get from level 1-30? They would have to make it slightly harder to level up on those levels, because people shouldn't be able to reach 10th prestige in under two weeks.

    they could just buy themselves level 30 with the donation. i think level 50-55 seems fair in its current state, as it takes a while to get from 45-5o
    I feel like those who passed the max rank should gain the extra levels in XP when they prestige if you understand what I mean. Also TOTAL kills should still be on the forums, so even if you prestige your total kills will be saved on your forum page, but on mc-war you start from scratch. Part of the fun of starting over is having a clean slate, so your kills and deaths reseting is the whole point

    But this would be good.

    Then like a master prestige for the most elite players.

    Even though I would have to work for all those guns again, I think this would be a great idea as I would love to have a different color tag. As long as your stats aren't reset, I support your idea.

    That was a good idea. But when you say donor guns reset, do you mean that you have to buy them again?
