    Besides me dropping my sword trying to fight someone OP and losing great armor (-.-), recently a couple of peeps and I made a sky base in spawn. Everything was going great. The entrance was a waterfall, in order for someone to come up we used a lever to let people in. We shot anyone coming up unless of course the person wasn't attempting to harm us. Then someone coming up decided to block the entrance with lava. I tried to quickly stop it by pouring water on it, but I forgot that it would turn into obsidian We all stood there in silence. Realizing no one would be able to get back up and get a diamond pickaxe all four of us attempted to remove the block while dying of laughter. Two people punching it @SilverR11 and @IBK_Moon while @LegalSkateboards and I used a stone pickaxe. Took us about 5 minutes or so[​IMG]

    Thats not a very recent fail, but like 2 months ago I set a warp in a lava lake cause I were working on a nether base (with fire protection of course).
    Than we went to spawn to kill someone and we got a full diamond and he had 60 diamonds!
    So I wanted to save that... and I warped.... and I warped into the lava lake!
    Thats not a ressource pack, I think its optifine ^^

    I have a fail similar to @Lord_Roke 's. I went to the nether and found my portal was covered in lava and I stepped out into it and died (didn't have anything good =3). Later I needed to go to the nether again and repeated the same thing. This happened about 5 times in a row before I realized I couldn't get through the lava :V

    Going Afk at a base we were raiding... Lost full diamond prot 1, a sharp 2 fire 2 looting 2 diamond sword and 15 TNT. The guy killed me with an iron sword. But I got 2 1/2 stacks of iron blocks so it wasn't that bad for me.

    Rule#1 in PVP: Never afk anywhere besides spawn. :>
    I've made that mistake before though. When I started PVP I didn't even know about tracking or hacking. *I started in January*

    I cannot tell you the amount of times I spawned in my base that as been raided with nice stuff with lava on the floor ....

    Well my most recent one is befriending people with killer or rager or assassin. They always live by their names :stuck_out_tongue:

    Having God Armor, Trying to Warp by running away, then a stone sword guy chases you, you realize that you don't have your god set on, he hits you, you try to defend your self and soup, but its too late, and you lost it all to a guy that had no idea you were loaded like a baked potato :3

    My general rule of thumb is 5-10 minutes max, of time at a base, 10-30 seconds max, at the vault, and as much time as I need at the trackers, or spawners. I can easily track people if they afk at a spot for more than 10 minutes, so beware.

    Mine just happened today. :frowning: Some guys who were trolling me on team WMG had mistakingly led me to two of their bases (by tracker). In a triumph of revenge I raided their base and griefed it like a mad man to find they had hacked spawn eggs. XD The bad part is I broke most of their signs that supported evidence to who created the eggs (such as custom eggs and horse eggs).

    Thats a good rule, but I am at my farm most of the time cause I need to farm all the stuff to sell it :smile: You will never be able to raid my shop account.

    Killed 3 prot 4's and a noob came and hit me with his fists a few times while i was lagging and i lost it all.. :frowning: :banghead::arghh:
