Rule against spawncamping.

Well it is fun to sword the spawn killers to death..

 

I look at spawn killers as easy ways to get loot without much to lose, and if you don't want to be spawn killed, just get another spawn.

 

I haven't really seen this as a big problem. I've been killed seconds after after I spawned, but I just die and respawn somewhere else. And if you just spawned, its not a big deal, because if you die, you are going to respawn with the exact same items, just somewhere else.

But a team of spawn campers, that's different. I've seen teams of 5 full irons guarding the spawn locations hoping to grind off newly spawned players and get a mass amount of food. The players just keep respawning with items, and get killed no matter where they spawn. I have been playing for a while and this has only happened twice. But I think its really cheaty if you have a team of campers. Although you could just log off and try a different server, it gets frustrating when every time you respawn, you're dead.

 

This isn't much a of a problem to me, you're just spawned there, what do you have to lose? They get crap in their inventory, you don't lose anything greatly important and you get another spawn somewhere away from spawn-killers. Unless you're down there with full iron and then get mad you got killed by spawn campers but that's a little hypocritical now isn't it?

 

First off, you cut off my quote to saying "You're there..." when I originally said "Unless you're there..." not specifying that you were always down there since yes, I don't play WarZ often, and I wouldn't understand this as a problem of course, and apparently I didn't read the thread just because of an edited quote you inserted in there for me.

 

I didn't say you edited the original post, I'm saying you edited my quote, I read the post and didn't specifically say that it was you who camps at spawn, you prolifically say on walks to school that you go there to kill spawncampers which I do not doubt, but my post was intended towards people who in fact go down there to spawncamp then rage when getting killed by other spawncampers.

 

Camping the spawn is a bad idea because: you'll eventually loose your armor, you'll run out of food and you'll waste bullets for nothing

 

This is why I hate this current map... Spawn locations are all the same. You spawn in the south then go north. There needs to be random spawns all throughout the map with the higher tiers in corners still far away from spawn.

 

Or eventually your armor breaks, someone sneaks up on you, or anything.

There really is no point at camping at a spawn when you don't gain anything.

 

Maybe extend the spawn prot time from a couple seconds to like 15 secs instead? I'm pretty sure that'll give you enough to time hightail it out.

 

Not to be an a** or anything but your quote at the bottom of your comments states, "if you have nothing, fight hard because you have nothing to lose," if you do that, I think you'll be just fine. Also if it's such a problem, then don't start by going to a noob town with spawn campers. Go to some of the less populated areas or towns

 

This rarely happens to me, But when it does I get exited. Anyway i don'tknow.

 

:V i KILLED an Full Iron spawncamper with the starting stuff,he had an friend that had the same things i had so they teamed and i killed both cause i first killed the SPAWNCAMPER and got an iron sword from him into my hotbar then i killed his friend.But yeah i kinda agree with it unless you kill an spawncamper that happens very rare.

 

I enjoy people with barrets coming down to noobtown, they just eventually get ganged by a ton of leathers and many of them don't even eat until very low health.
