[War/PvP] Staff Interviews #5 18kss ~ Kyle Style

I am here with another staff interview. Today, 18kss is being interviewed.

Lets go!

1. When and why did you join McBrawl?
I originally joined McBrawl around November/December of 2012. I saw Mc-War on the McPvP website. They made quite a mistake. The ad said "Call of Duty in Minecraft without mods!" I was very intrigued that this was possible without mods, so I decided to try it out.

2. What was the first server you played on and what were your first impressions on it?
As I said above, I first played on Mc-War. I was instantly addicted. I was also in love with this community! <3
I remember seeing Mafia, Ender, and Sergeant on my first days playing.
Eventually I met Lloyd_Batty, an ex Super Mod, and we became good friends. I'll always remember the good times I had with him.

3. Did you ever expect to get the Moderator rank?
Hmmmm... This is tough....
Well, yes, sorta.
Every application I posted made me learn from my mistakes. So yes, I figured that I would eventually get the position. I've made 4 applications:

1. Team-Hg app. Putty informed me that mods aren't coded in yet, so it was denied.
2. Mc-War app. I'm still upset with myself with this one. I was halfway done with it, and I pressed tab and then enter, and it was posted unfinished and lacked a poll. Denied.
3. Mc-War app. I improved a lot, but still was denied.
4. PvP Survival app. The final one. I actually typed this one up when I was "working on a school project." I spent 2 hours total.

4. What was your first reaction when you discovered you had the moderator rank?
I can recall that entire evening. Watched a new season of UHC, and I come back to this.
I was elated and terrified at the same time. I'd never heard of a second stage...

5. Are you happy being a moderator?
Oh yeah! It feels great to be a staff member in this amazing community.

6. Who is your best buddy on McBrawl?
Pretty much everyone! (I don't know about @@teawithchoco though...)

7. What was your first ever post on the forums about?
The post was about viewing stats on Team-Hg.

8. What would you like to see added to McWar?
I'd like to have the law buffed. Survive a rocket to the face? Only in Mc-War...

9. What do you like most about moderating?
I really enjoy working with the community. The whole community is just amazing. It feels great knowing I am a part of McBrawl.

10. What made you choose 18kss as your username?
I chose my name in first grade, back when Webkinz was popular. I chose 18, which was my number in class. The kss part is my initials. Kyle ***** ********.
