Bug The hitbox bug

    This bug... It's been around for ages, but i've ONLY experienced it on war, no other servers. This might be a mc problem, i really don't know but that's the reason i'm making this thread. Is the hitbox mc or war related, and can we do anything to fix it? If you don't know what the hitbox bug is i'll explain it.
    The visual player isn't what actually recieves damage, effects etc it's the hitbox the player should be within. This bug puts the player outside of it's hitbox, meaning that the player won't revieve any damage if you shoot ar it, and the snowball entities flying from the enemy will come from a different direction making it almost impossible to win the gunfight.

    So, the player's hitbox is farther away from him? That's a Bukkit bug, I believe. Someone confirm this, as I don't know much about the many bugs that Bukkit 1.7 has.

    Yeah this has been around for a while, From what i understand it is because of lag, it has happened on other servers for me.

    I'm not sure if this will help or not, but press f3+b in-game to show a player's hitbox. If they're being glitched into the ground, than this hit box command will show you to aim at the white rectangular box. This will damage the player most likely even if they're lagging.

    If you have that one annoying ground glitches, do f3 and b to show the hit boxes.

    I bet you also don't know f3 and a boi.
    Reloads your chunks and gives FPS a boom.

    It's been around for a bit, it could be log or either the java plugin not co-operating.

    You dont damage them at all, the bullet flies right through them :V

    I have no proof, but I've shot people in the head from above and not gotten headshots multiple times...
