    Ideas that would go great in MC-War (Edited Edition):
    -Gun/Ammo drops; Really useful when you need more ammo or a new gun. How it works is that when a guy dies, his PRIMARY weapon drops and to pick it up you need to have your current primary weapon in hand, crouch, and press the Q key (credit goes out to BrawlerAce_). You can't pick up prestige or donor weapons though. For the ammo, you need to have a gun that uses the ammo to pick it up upon the enemy's death.
    -New killstreaks; I know, next update, more killstreaks (it might help to put a sign up stating about them). But I will edit in some killstreaks that might be cool below.

    Killstreaks:
    -ODIN; Yay! Oh, wait, didn't the US blow that up? Lets just forget that happened a go on with the explanation. So how this works is that when activated, you get tp'ed up in the air, you can fly (at a certain height), and can rain on people with TNT rods of doom! On contact with the ground, the rods will send a shockwave (particles) that extends to 10 blocks (maybe 7?) wide. Best bet is to make the rods 5 blocks long and make it so that the player has a limited time to fire the rods and there will be a limit to how many rods you have (5 or 7). Controls would be left click-zoom, right click-fire. How many kills it takes to get this killstreak is 25
    -Artillery Strike; Use some artillery and bombard some enemies out of there hiding spots (I'm looking at them campers)! How this killstreak works is that when activated, it will teleport you in the air (like the ODIN killstreak and you can select a location (right click) on where you want to bombard. You get tp'ed back, and the area you selected will start to generate firework sparks. Then, boom! TNT rains the ground and explode! You need 18 kills to get this killstreak.

    The gun drops thing would be OP unless there was a counter to it, and same with ammo. For instance, maybe you could only get ammo for your Lamentation if the person you killed had a Skullcrusher or some automatic.
    The second idea, I'm not sure about it. There's class selection coming, anyways.

    I like the idea about getting ammo if you have a gun that uses the same ammo. For a counter with the gun drops, how about you can't drop Prestige or Donor weapons and only "normal" guns will drop.
    PS: By classes, you mean like Private, Commander, Sergeant, kind of like CoD?

    Classes are like the Create-A-Class feature. You can make a loadout, pretty much, and you can switch these loadouts ingame. However, you can only edit them in the lobby.

    Neat, I like that. What about the idea about the counter for gun drops?

    I'm thinking that being unable to pick up prestige and donor guns is a solid idea. The main problem would be switching primaries and secondaries. (and balancing)

    Hmmmmm, good point. Switching primaries and secondaries is a big problem because if some guy carries 2 Assault Rifles, it's not gonna be good. How about a trading screen so they can trade guns and evenly. Actually, that's a great idea!
    I detail about the idea using a trading menu to pickup and drop weapons and ammo. There will be chest that spawns in (or nearby) a dead person's place. Upon opening it, a player sees a trading screen with the arrows to flip between weapons. They can switch their weapons with the new ones. I haven't thought how the ammo will be picked up. Also the chest will despawn 15 seconds without touching it.

    Ok so since I wrote this really long post about your old thread, and I did not know Brawler locked the thread before I published it, I will post it here. I will also link to your old thread.

    1. In the update you will be able to vote for 1 of 3 maps. However, the game mode will always be randomized. We do this because if we allowed game modes to be chosen, we would see the following most likely: infect, infect, infect, infect, infect, summit CTF, infect, infect, etc. Game modes like gun game, FFA, the new golden gun probably, and one in the chamber would almost never be selected. A boot camp idea has been suggested, but they were never considered. It does not take very long to get to level 6. I suggest going to the higher number servers like 6-10 to have an easier experience in ranking up with a low level.
    2. If you notice in front of your name before you join a clan, it says PVT, MAJ, GEN, PRO, 31+, etc. These are the ranks. There used to be a wall at the old spawn that said every rank and initial, but it was removed. You can probably find a list of them on the forums if you look hard enough. When you reach a certain level, you may unlock a new weapon. That is enough in my opinion. I do not think you should get anything else. The farthest I would go would probably be a credit bundle (50 free credits), but aside from that I do not know what else would be needed.
    3. I think you answered your own question. You can vote, /war buy grenade, or donate for grenades. Why would you not want to vote though? It takes less then 60 seconds to do it (meaning less then the waiting time in the lobby), it helps the server get more votes and potentially more players, and its free!
    4. Our map makers are currently in the process of creating more maps. Some of which are maps from older CODs! You can look in the map submission thread to see pending maps to be accepted, or ones that are a work in progress. There are some neat maps there. Sturmspitz is one of our best map makers, and he loves to make actual COD maps. He is probably working on a few from Ghosts currently, so watch out for his future content. He has also made a few from the past.
    5. We will be getting new kill streaks in the War update. The new ones will be: air strike? (not sure, it is in the texture pack, but I can not remember if it will be added), gas attack, k9 unit/attack dogs, and a care package. If you would like to submit ideas for KS rewards, it would be much appreciated if you go into detail about its characteristics, how many kills are required, what it does, damage, etc. Now, I believe an ODIN strike was suggested before. We need to know how it would work in minecraft.
    Remember in the future when submitting ideas, specifically about new weapons or kill streaks, go into detail! It causes less confusion, which would lead to less questions about how it works.

    Okay, I will edit my original post. It will contain potential ideas, ideas I might of came up with, and some explanations. I will not include rejected and already or soon implemented ideas. Hope people will get a better view with this.

    Pretty good idea.. But like Ace said, it would be op without a counter.

    I don't know about a skeleton replacing the body... Could be used as a "bone shield". (hahaha)
    THEN, right clicking it to bring up a trading screen? That would suck for a lot of people, since they stand there and become an easy target.

    -1 on the first idea.

    For Invader42, the counter was that you can trade primary and secondary guns evenly.......let me explain. When a player find a dead body (or something else, suggested by Parkman1221) and right click it, you get brought to the trading screen like with villagers,. After, you can trade your old weapon with a new one but, primaries have to be traded with primaries and secondaries have to be traded with secondaries. Also, you can't trade with donor or prestige weapons (maybe unless you have a prestige or donor weapon in inventory but that's a dumb idea).
    For Parkman1221, think about it. Some guy is in some future war. Kills an enemy, goes over to get so new weapons, and there's a sniper on the roof aiming at the guy. Boom! Headshot! Thus, when you're picking up weapons, you are vulnerable. PS: Using the body as a shield is a good idea when you're under fire, just making it so that the body despawns in 15 seconds makes it a temporary hiding spot.

    Or you could always use an idea I suggested earlier, to hold your primary weapon and sneak + press the drop key at the same time to switch primaries. Switching secondaries should probably be left out of this, though, as the Desert Eagle is quite powerful. Also, another system would need to be created for it...

    Holding primary weapon + sneak + drop key. Great idea. As for secondaries, well, in combat, there is rarely a time you even use a pistol so it should be left out of it. I will update the list and give credit to you. Thanks.
    PS: Can someone post the killstreaks below and how many kills it takes to get them. Thx.

    Currently:
    5 ks - Extra Ammo
    15 ks - EMP (blinds opponent's team)
    21ks - Nuke (blows up enemy's team)

    Update:
    I am not sure, ask someone else, but here's what I know:

    5ks - Extra Ammo
    15ks - EMP
    ? - Attack Dogs (I think maybe 21?)
    34ks - Nuke

    2 things I changed/added to the main post. 1, I made it so that ODIN killstreak is 25 kills. 2, I added a new killstreak, Artillery Strike. And just something I want to add, I've seen too many disagreements already so before you hit that x button, put why you disagree to this thread and I might fix it.
