    Okay.
    If you are asking for tips on becoming a mod, you have to be active on the forums.
    Active and helpful on the servers.
    And you have to have teamspeak and be used to using it frequently.
    Those are the three major things you need to have.

    No. I have Windows 8 and Ts3 works fine on my computer, no worries.
