I have been told AWP does more damage then MSR but on the guns MSR is like 1 more than AWP.

It's opinionative really, those who prefer to use the AWP will say that it will have better damage, when in fact, it may not.

But is it true? I've been pretty much 1 shotted full iron by an AWP but MSR tends not to do as much

Awp: More damage, only 5 shots before reloading.
Msr: Less damage but 20 shots before reloading.
It depends whether you want to spray or be accurate. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think it is balanced, They both do about the same amount of damage each but the AWP have a slit advantage.

AWP does a considerable amount more damage.

Anyway, I do like to use combos with both of them. An AWP-MSR combo basically kills a 1/4 diamond and can take out teams of players.

You forgot the firerate. MSR has a MUCH better rate or fire in comparison to every other sniper in the game.

The AWP has great damage but the firerate of the MSR wins me over. It mostly matters on your playing style.
Aiming and taking down an opponent-AWP
    Rushing and Spraying-MSR

The APW is a lower tier gun, but I believe it does 1 more heart than the MSR. However the high firing rate of the MSR balances this out.

I enjoy the AWP more than the MSR only because I do not frequently team with others. Basically forcing me to have to camp, especially when facing a team. If I don't hold a Barret, my second option for a sniper would be the AWP.

I like to use the msr because of the fire rate.

If I find an AWP and a MSR in a chest I would take both of them because AWP/MSR is a fatal combo.

AWP is my main pick over MSR. The MSR only gives 20 bullets and half a heart more damage then the CZ. AWP has the potential to one shot if used correctly.

I like awp more but if i had the choice i would probably choose msr because of its fire rate.
