Where I stand with WarZ.

I will always love WarZ and never be scared of it like you are. I get DDoS threats, but never get DDoSed. Just don't piss off the wrong person after you kill them.

 

Some kids on the internet don't think that's real.

This is pretty much how I feel about WarZ. I mean yeah I'll look like a coward if I quit but it's not really worth losing your internet to some guys around your age.

 

I wish they would take warz out for a few months

 

Yes DDoSing is a problem but not so much of a problem to quit it. I have played WarZ since August 2013, about 8 months. I have killed large amounts of MVP's and regular people. Not once have I been DDoSed.

You are fearing something that does not need to be feared. People who DDoS on WarZ do not intend to attack you just because you kill them. The servers are still enjoyable and threats are least of the issue.

Parker if you honestly won't play WarZ because of a couple 12 year olds who have a 5s or 10 booter, then well you're missing out. Purchase a VPN if you truly are scared of playing the game. I have been DDoSed many times, none of the times are because of WarZ.

 

As long as you are internet safe and don't give out your Skype then people cannot harm you. As for the DDoS threats: if someone is threatening you then report them.

 

The Staff don't listen when one says "So and so ddoses and he ddosed me." And the ones that DO listen can't do anything about it unless they have proof. Proof is not possible when someone ddoses without warning, when you're warned over skype and you get ddosed it doesn't count because "You can just nickname someone and say it's so and so.." (Direct quote from a staff member). Then we get to the All-in Play-it-for-the-win players who go "Hardcore" and team with other ddosers and you don't know which ddosed you. I've come across many DDosers before. I've been on both teams. I've had a counter-booter (I'll explain that below to clarify I don't ddos) before and used it against them when they ddosed me. I've seen it all. I've been a long time WarZ player and I honestly approve this Message Park. The WarZ community isn't clean at all. I made a attempt at helping out (Knowing I can't help out completely) but it seems even some of the staff (Won't share names due to flame) have fallen to the dark side. Staff corruption, bad community, everything with the majority of the players of WarZ is downright wrong.

As for the Counter Booter I was talking about? I spent 50$ on it from a friend who made it. It hooks up to my Internet modem and whenever my Internet is spammed, it has binding functions and allows me to press a simple button and it closes ALL windows. (Basically, it's a fast disconnect that can only be activated when the Pop-up warning pops up.) And it doubles the reception and returns to sender. Anyways. Next class, gotta run.

 

I hear you. Back when i played (I stopped because it got boring), I spent half my time dealing with people who didn't know how to act in society. In 2012, there was a cracked server I played on where 1 of the moderators banned everyone who was on 1 day, and then covered the spawn in lava. People are stupid most of the time, and the only way to deal with them is to be smart and not worry about how it might turn out if they show up at your door.
