    Colonel_Chris will eventually look at the reports, he is fairly busy with other reports already too. If Colonel_Chris has already looked at it, he probably doesn't think that person is breaking any rules.

    Looking at the public bans, it seems that they haven't been banned once.
    From this, you can only assume a few things. Firstly, there may not be any recordings of them in actuality. I doubt this, but that is only me. Then, the recordings that do exist may not have enough proof of what he does. Then again, the recordings may not be reported whatsoever. If that is the case, then the one to own the recordings report them here.
