hmm, maybe a lot of countries have May 1st holiday long weekend so are away. I hope that's the reason, and not something more tragic....

That, and the fact that I am still in school (Thursday 1:30pm here).

 

It is late at night (for me anyways). Hopefully when war gets new updates it will be a lot more popular!

 

The servers never have that many people on at this time (12:00 EST, 9:00 PST). But I agree that the population is steadily decreasing.

 

I agree with Scoat2 that the population is dropping cause I played for a long time and now there are like nobody onlline the servers.

It maybe since the spawn changed not many poeple liked it

 

Generally, servers die when the staff lose interest. I know for a fact that the staff are hard at work on Mc-War, so even though the population may be decreasing at the moment, it won't die completely. I think it's also worthy to note the revival of contests may bring up popularity quite a bit.

I remember staff like lLoyd_Batty he left cause he lost interest from mcwar as from aidanmcc told me.

 

It would be great if we could get the scoreboards and kills/deaths thing up on the forums, I think that will create new interest and a bit of healthy competition. the 'coming soon' thing has been there for a long time now.

Secondly, it would be great if a few more guns were released, even if the other changes were not done (nuke streak change, glitch fixes etc). I really loved the process of working through the levels looking forward to the next gun, maybe this would give it a little boost it needs, if these couple of simple things were done. (although maybe the minecraft DB interface to the website for scoreboard is not so easy).

 

The contest will probably drag some more players. Because everyone likes competitions don't they.

Welp, looks like things are back to normal with the full server having 1000+ players at the moment.

 

I'm used to seeing around 1000 players on Brawl every day. Then a little less later on in the evening/night.

 

The amount of players on decreases as it gets farther into the night. A large portion of our players reside in America, leaving many to either get off or stay on, dependent on the timezone.
I see a good number on most days in general though. But it can be agreed that those numbers are a little less than what they used to be.
