Texture Pack vs Non-Texture Pack

Well, on War I always use the texture packs/phanta's client.
On other servers, I usually just go with the default.

 

I generally use the resource pack because it makes the server feel more like a server with guns than a server where you can throw snowballs from a wooden hoe.
In addition, with resource packs like my Battlefield pack that edit sound and block textures, it makes the whole server feel just like a shooter.

 

Currently, the texture pack I use most often is Scoat's silly texture pack for Mc-War mainly because there is nothing more funny than obliterating zombies during Infect with a whisk.

 

Daniellazer2902's Mc-War HD + 64 x 64 Faithful resource combo.

 

I sometimes use the normal texture pack, but unusually use the puttylitious pack. If I don't use the texture pack it dosent feel like a real war and is kinda mentally harder to play.

 

Same here. Although when I go on other servers I don't switch my resource pack because I'm too lazy. It's always confusing when you are crafting in a survival server and you get an isolater...

 

I always use the server specific recourse pack. It's much easier to know what gun is what without having to hover over it, and it makes the game play feel more alive.

 

I have a custom 32x32 pack that i love like a son!
It's basically resizing all textures and refining them, but my cbow texture is 100% custom and it makes me barf rainbows...

 

I have played without resource pack, it was painful. But I always use either my own packs or custom ones made by people like Putty, BrawlerAce_ or anyone else
