Idea: Being able to reset your stats.

The admins don't want this, and as Brawler said, there is a high chance that you would accidentally reset your own stats.

 

What if a person logs/hacks into an individual's account without his/her consent and resets his/her stats? Shouldn't we ask the staff to do it and not a regular player?

 

With the accidental stat reset, there should be multiple things you need to do to verify you want to reset your stats.
It should be like prestiging in CoD, it tells you what you are about to do like 3 times before allowing you to proceed.

 

That was already posted earlier, though. However, Mokolee brings up a good point, here.

What if someone does it without your permission? It would be safer for admins to do it, to confirm that the player wants the reset. In addition, as already known, they don't usually do it, because there's no reason to do it for everyone who asks (a lot).

 

Then it could be possible to get the stats back.
Like if you appealed or messaged an admin about the mishap and what happened, maybe you can get your credits and stats back.

I see how this could be useful.
But I also think that it can cause a lot of stress for many people due to some of the problems that may occur (The ones stated by other commenters)
Even if it was made so that only admins could do it, I have a good feeling that many people would constantly ask for a reset, which would just stress them out and quickly become annoying.
Its a nice idea, but I think there are too many problems
