Scavanger "levels"

    So we all know how powerful scavenger can be. I mean, think about it, we instantly get almost a full clip of ammo for shooting someone five times. Multiplying ammo! Thats so cool!

    But think about it this way, Say you don't have scavenger and your in a firefight, All of the sudden you hear "click click" from your gun and "click click" from the other guys gun. "awesome! now I can finish him off" you would think and charge him with your sword. This is when he pulls out his python that has 9-286 ammo

    Hear what I'm saying? If so you should have your ears checked because I can't talk to you over words

    Anyways, Im preposing scavenger "levels" It goes like this

    Level 1: 0-2 ammo, gains 200% ammo per kill
    Level 2: 3-30 ammo, gains 100% ammo per kill
    Level 3: 31-60 ammo, gains 50% ammo per kill
    Etc. Etc. (note, this is based off the automatic weaponry but the ratio still applies)
    How do you guys think about this idea? As always feedback is appreciated

    Edit: The scavenger kills would drop ammo packs as suggested by @Majora_Jora
    Edit 2: Upon picking up an ammo pack your other gun receives 25% of what the other gun is getting, effectively balancing that problem
    also, why is this getting dislikes without actual feedback? Thanks to @Scoat2 for making me think outside the box more then I already have, I would like to hear what you guys dont like about this instead of you hurting my negative ratings without letting me resolve the problem
    Edit 3: The ammo packs will look like a slightly brighter Scavenger park Icon

    Most level 0-20 don't have scavenger so this is practically useless.
    I think we all think scavenger is fine as it is, it is just that automatic guns at least need much more ammo.
    For example, there is a server that I play on which the beginning gun has 31 bullets per mag and 5 mags. Combine that with being able to pick up weapons off the ground and you get an amazing server.

    This does not solve the core problem of scavenger.
    The problem is that it encourages spamming bullets. You still ammo back directly from killing from someone, so it won't solve much.

    Yes, I think the dropping of ammo packs is good as well

    Yes, that would be my solution.
    And ammo counts from scavenger would probably have to be altered as well.

    So you think you can pick up those ammo packs without dieing. It's seems very hard to me and it's only possible if you're fighting to a small group of enemies, otherwise you will be killed by a wave of it. This will make scavenger less popular and less players are going to buy it. Result, tons of players with isolators. I don't care about players with an isolator but a whole army of it seems a bit to much for me. I like the ideas, but I think the result should be annoying.

    It is as simple as running up to the person you just killed, which usually is right in front of you anyway.
    The only bad thing about it is that if you camp, killing people on the other side of the map, this perk is useless, which I think most people can agree that should be downplayed a bit.
    If you want, I can PM you to a Minecraft server that has this new system, and woks fine.
    Also, this is technically how the Scavenger works in CoD, so there is no reason why this would not be fine to use.

    You get 1/4 of your ammo back, not just 10

    What about this:
    You only get the extra scav ammo, on the gun you're using to get the kills. Ex, I kill someone with Skully, and I get ammo for ONLY my primary, and my secondary doesn't benefit.

    If this idea was implemented, say you have no ammo for your primary. How do you get more ammo for it?
    This idea seems like it could work. People that snipe across the map usually don't need extra ammo anyway.

    hey hey hey, yes we do! some times... its nice..
    ah, see, the idea is that whenever an ammo pack is dropped you get about 25% of what the other gun is getting. im adding that to the post now

    How would the ammo packs on the ground look?

    Why do we need levels? So you get double ammo than you already get, so two times the clip you get extra? Seems like a lot...

    I think the ground scavenger packs would be cool, but it would look weird with a bunch of random bullets sitting on the ground.
    Would it be a retextured pressure plate? Or an entity that is retextured? What would it look like.

    I see no problem with the existing scavenger, if I am correct, you do not have scavenger and you want to playing grounds to be a little more equal with people who do? I suggest you just get scavenger. It is useful and enhances the game.
