    I just want to know if there is a legit way to get there? Because I can't find it

    I definitely believe there is not way to possibly get up there without hacks. The blocks are not breakable and the iron bars go all the way around so nobody can climb them somehow. If somebody has found a way, please report it in Bugs.

    Maybe someone punched him to get up there?
    But it seems like it won't really effect the game, but should be fixed if you can find a way to get there.

    You just place the block of TNT and jump! Just like you do in Red Light-Green Light to get up onto the thing at the start of the map!
