    With the new release of the SMGs I was testing them out when I noticed that when most other gun classes of 6 different weapons (Tier 1,2,3,4,5, and 6) I noticed that the SMGs were the only ones with only 5 weapons. So I have come up with an idea to fill in this gap.
    I little history check on this weapon in real life; it was first made in 1918 and they still make them today and use them in different countries. It was put out of service from the U.S armed forces in 1974 and if one of the best known weapons of all time. It stared in the first 3 COD games.

    Damage: 5 (2 1/2 player hearts)
    Credits needed: 850

    Reload time: 60 ticks

    Well, it would look really weird shooting a water bottle, but yeah.
    Wasn't the Thompson a gun from some CoD game? I swear it was...

    Nah, WWII doesn't match our server.
    Maybe a gun like the Vector K10.

    This is really OP, 4 hearts and same rate as ump? I could rush like, 7 people and come out alive with that thing... Maybe nerf damage to 2.5-3?

    We just got smg's, can you people be satisfied with anything? Anyway this doesn't sound OP at all, you balanced it quite well.

    Monkey, with the speed of ump and 4 hearts of damage, that is a kill in around 1/4 of a second.

    Reinforcing his point, 650 rounds per minute (10 per second) + 4 hearts is almost instant death. I agree with maybe about 1.5-2.5 range of damage.

    Other than that, I would enjoy to see this gun implemented if we had more guns based towards WWII as tdaddy said.
    Could use slight changes, but overall good idea.

    The gun seems good. However I don't think a glass bottle would work because people could fill it with water.

    Yea, I will nerf the damage a bit, any ideas?
    Wait, and new items? I was at school with no minecraft resources

    P.S. I can't do anything now, just about to leave for a singing lesson
    Thanks so much guys! I nerfed it again but still might be a little op. Changed the item to a carrot on a stick and updated the texture. I am thinking making this a level 45 weapon
    Guys? Any suggestions on the unlock level?

    There are so many modern SMGs that would fit more, why use an old WWII weapon?
    In addition, there are no starter SMGs, so that may be why there are only 5, as opposed to 6.

    I was thinking the MP9, AKs-74u, etc. since they are still used often, unlike the MP5 which is an older weapon. (but wait, AK is old, and Aa12 is too)

    I will have to get the new texture after my bike ride tomorrow
    I will make another gun recommendation, but on the mp5, cause I like my chances on this one.

    IF you get every shot into the person you're trying to kill. The accuracy is .13, which isn't very good.
