Rewards for Reporting Players.

Please implement ik it sounds selfish but we work hard to catch these people and may even get huge ass hate for it. We deserve something

 

The reason staff applications ask how many rule breakers you have reported is because it shows how much you care about McBrawl. If players will receive a bonus, they won't be reporting to help the server, but to receive a reward. This would lead to players making tons of false reports to get rewards

They would only get the reward if the report wasn't false doe :V

 

Back in the day people donated for minecraft servers for /nick and what not. Now people want rewards for getting hackers banned? You reward is the fact that you don't have to play with a hacker because staff banned the hacker.

 

Well this would encourage players to report rule breakers, but I don't think a player needs a reward to report a player. Isn't the satisfaction of having that player banned good enough?

 

This server is not like other servers. If you get a player banned on this server you may end up getting DDoSed or worse.

 

Like the idea, i find allot of hackers nowadays... Would be nice to be rewarded when catching one!

I like this idea.
But here are two things.

What about PvP Survival? Nothing to give...

And what if a player reports a hacker, but another player recorded it. As in a friend recorded the hacker but I used the video to report with permission, of course. Then what? Do we share? Or is it all to the reporter.

You can't gravedig server ideas and just report it first.

 

He posted 10 minutes after someone else posted something. That is not a gravedig. Gravedigs occur when a player hasn't posted in weeks.

 

Watch out he gravedug a post that was commented on 10 minutes ago....

Maybe you could get trophy points for reporting a post on forums?

For example, Bob reports ten players.

He gets an achievement called "Sherlock", and receives 10 trophy points!

 

I like this idea. People who record spend some time catching hackers and get hate from their alts/friends. Also, lets say someone recorded a hacker that they died to in warz. Maybe a possible reward could be iron armor and tier 2 guns because they died to a hacker, getting him banned and getting some of their stuff back.

This will definately help decrease the amount of rule breakers!

 

What would the 'smallest', 'smal' and the 'large' rewards then be?
