    I think it would be a good Idea to add a second perk to a class. In the real CoD they have 3 perks. I think it would make the game that much closer to the real thing

    This idea has been suggested a ton of times. To make the story short, way too Over Powered. Imagine Scavenger and Sleight of Hand or Scavenger and Stopping Power. Sorry, but I don't think your idea will work out.

    Still would be OP, even if you had to pay for it. Sorry, but I do not like the idea. What we have now is fine. Maybe in the future if perks were ranked with points and you could only select a set number of perks tht equal a certain number of points, then it would be considered (this is in ghosts, and has been suggested before in the past).

    Eh, it would be very op. but maybe in the future they could add it to be if you're a fairly high level, around 90 or 100 you could buy something in the ingame shop that would allow you
    to have two perks on at once so it's not complete pay to win but it'd still be op since mvp's level up faster.
    Ninja'd ish.

    maybe you can have 4 points where scavenger and stopping power and sleigh off hand take 3 points

    If you could chose 2 perks at the same time it has to be a combination of very usefull perk and a less usefull perk. Something like: scav + speed or slight of hand + marathon. Not a combination like: scav + stopping power or sleight of hand + juggernaut.

    Even for a donor thing it would be too overpowered.
