Shot-Blocking in Mc-War

    I've been doing this for a while now and I thought I could do Mc-War a favor and encourage people do discourage players from using the stupid donor weapons we have now. How do we do this you may ask? It's extremely simple, stand in their way.

    Now I am not telling you all to block everyone you see on purpose but if you see one of those nubs who abuse overpowered weapons like the Skullcrusher, Ray Gun, etc, you should get in his way to "express" your feelings towards his weapon. This applies for the ones who are constantly irritated by the donor abusing players and don't have Scavenger or anything.

    See? This tactic is actually a form of communication! It's how to tell someone how much you hate his/her weapon!

    I've been doing this for a few months now and I even made a few YewTewb videos of doing it on my channel which I will publish in this thread for you all as well.

    So I ask you all to do this not for anyone else but to experience how funny / joyful it is to irritate some player who looks like an idiot using Ray Guns on Infect or Crossbows in CTF.     I swear if anyone uses this against me.


    Also, it's way better if you block a player who has a forums account. It'll be even funnier.

    Tips for doing this:
    -Find out who to block by checking out the weapons in each player's hand
    - Donor weapon users tend to camp on the well-known spots of the map during Infect, you should be able to find some of them in those locations
    - Some donor weapon users may have C4s in their arsenal and will attempt to C4 glitch you during Infect. Counter this problem by shooting the C4s (AA12 and Minifun works best at this)
    - Keep standing in front of your victim and run away at the last second to dodge the bullets/zombies that will most likely attack your victim (Or you could get the both of you killed by a zombie)
    - If anyone abuses a map OOM glitch, follow them and block them regardless of whatever they are using
    - If someone places down a C4 anywhere in the map at any gamemode (Infect or TDM), you should just shoot it anyways
    - Run away as soon as you notice a C4 placed by your victim
    - Try to block your victim and get him/her to fall off a large height, a camping spot, or even the map itself
    -Last thing, if you can record gameplay on Mc-War, definitely record it. If you can't record, screenshot your victim's reactions.

    So basically everyone will be shot-blocking everyone, seeing as most people think that all guns are nooby.

    I just realized something. If you are telling us to shot block people using donor weapons, shouldn't we shot block you for using the Minigun? :confused:

    Why would you block SKULLCRUSHER! cause I'm using it all the time

    Now lets get serious:

    Please remove this.
    You know leaving the map is prohibited, if others abuse a glitch, call a moderator, but do NOT leave the map yourself.

    That is really pointless....
    C4 isn't like a item you can really abuse in any other gamemode than infect.
    You need 2 C4's to kill a player in TDM/CTF/FFA/Gungame, so you can practically only use them one time.
    Also this would just cause way to much unneeded rage.
    Did you actually realize how common raygun is in infect? And have you realized that raygun is MADE for infect.
    So it's annoying if someone uses donor weapons all the time, and than you may block him if you feel like, but do you really need to block only cause someone uses a gun he paid for and fits perfectly?


    Now to the whole idea:

    On the first view this maybe sounds like a good idea, but think about the consequences.
    Players who constantly get blocked will rage a lot IN CHAT. Do you really want the chat filled with rage, insult and flaming?
    Also the server lives from those donor guns. If you block everyone using one, who will donate anymore?
    Do you want that it is YOUR fault that the donations are going down and McBrawl maybe needs to shutdown servers?

    Please think about this, don't just feel like it is funny to make other players rage.

    Wow. Just... Wow. @Lord_Roke is totally right. Whats the point in shotblocking. The only reason i see is to either express your hate, or take your jealousy to an extreme. Someone has a better gun than you. Big whoop. Whats stopping you from gettting them yourselves. More than likely, nothing at all. Not to be rude, but it really says a lot about @Mokolee when he tells you guys to shotblock every Donator/Prestige whose using good Donator/Prestige guns. Those guns/items come with a price you know. Its not abuse either, its strategy. No point in punishing people for using their own form of strategy, unless of course you want to be a complete and total jerk. About the 'donations keep the server up' thing, its totally true. Would you guys really want to be the cause of the shutting down of MC-Brawl? Like seriously people. Think logically. If you think about it, people that are on your team are actually giving your team an advantage, and eliminating their items would just put your team at a higher risk of losing. The best thing you can do is just worry about yourself and enjoy the game. I would like to get into more detail, but i dont want to seem like a complete and utter jerk. Thanks for reading,

    You said to block the SkullCrusher and use the minigun wile your talking about getting rid of the donator weapons :banghead:. Just wow
    How would you feel if we blocked all of your shots in infect and let you die!:mad:

    as lord already said: going OOM to block someone else is not fixing anything... and you will also CONVINCE people going oom by this... and that is worse then almost anything :arghh:

    No that's definitely getting out of the map and into a spot for your advantage.

    Not really up for it like said Lord the donor make the servers live so it would be stupid to stop them from using what they have being paying for without being offensive.

    I did this with Joey and his CBow. I would jump in front of him while he spammed bow. He hated me, but I probably saved 50+ lives.
