My solution for kill stealing (pretty sure this is a new idea)

    Okay, first of all, multiply the credits and XP gained for a kill by 20. Then multiply all the credits every player have by 20. Then multiply how much XP you need for the next level and the player's XP by 20. And then multiply every item cost by 20.

    Very weird right? Well, guess what? Everything is still the same!

    Now, when a person dies the ones who dealt damage would get rewarded:
    Let's say Gynamo shot me and I had 3 hearts left.
    Then Fanod comes and kill me.

    Gynamo dealt 7 hearts fanod dealt 3.
    Gynamo dealt 14 damage
    Fanod dealt 6
    14 credits to Gynamo
    6 credits to Fanod
    And then do the same thing with XP. Though multiplying XP would need much more complicated math.

    And the solution to regaining health:
    Gynamo shot me I had 6 hearts left
    Then I regained 1 heart
    Then fanod came and quickscoped me

    Gynamo had dealt 3 hearts of damage
    Fanod had dealt 7 hearts of damage

    Ah, this is good! The current credits would be pretty useless though since all the prizes became 20x higher.

    Yep. It was that thread that gave me this idea.
    But I changed my idea a little.

    His idea is slightly different, so I guess it's valid. Still :v

    I feel this is a bit to complicated. If someone gets a kill and asks "Why did I only get 10 XP?" do you really want to sit there and explain all that math? We also have some younger members in the community, and they wouldn't understand this at all. I like the idea of kill assists, but this makes it too complicated.

    You know you just made that sentence waaaay to long.
    Your idea was to multiply the hearts by 2, just say the amount of damage done :L
    Otherwise, I like this idea but it should just be you should get 10xp for each assist (hurting someone within 5 seconds)

    This won't work.
    Live heals very fast in Mc-war, in fact you normally get shot by several players but you do not die immediately.
    So all players together do way more than 20 damage, so this won't work.

    If you have 3 hearts left, gynamo did 14 damage...
    And if there are multiple people involved this will get very very complicated.

    I legitimately just wrote my own solution for kill stealing not that long ago! :smile: this is a good idea but it would make the server lag a lot more because they would need a couple more plugins. Also some peoples stats and credits may be lost.
    Otherwise I think this might work

    You could always just get xp for a kill assist. That would be a lot less complicated than what you have at the moment.

    You know, you could just make it so you could get 10xp if you deal at least 2 hearts in 3 seconds.
    It doesn't have to be so complicated...

    All we need is to get 10XP for kill assist and 20XP for the one who puts in the last shot.
    E.G
    I hit Bob and he takes 6 hearts of damage.
    He doesn't die.
    He gets shot by Rob and gets killed by rob.

    I get 10 XP.
    Rob gtes 20 XP.
    Bob gets nothing because he dies.
    That wouldn't be that hard to understand for newbies!

    Anyone who hits him but doesn't kill gets 10XP
    Anyone who actually kills him gets 20XP
