    Just like everyone else, I would recommend Fraps for all of your recording of hackers/rulebreakers.
    To be honest, use optifine with fraps, I do that to get lass lagg and more FPS, just an opinion, if still laggy, I would clear unwanted items from your computer :stuck_out_tongue: it helps me either way!
