ESFE: Elite Sniping Force Evolved



Overview



The ESFE (if it works out) is what I had wanted to do for a long time with this community. It will what I envisioned the ESF to be before I realized that my “loyal” members were actually just really inactive and changed their allegiance to Axez in a heartbeat. Before I get anywhere else, Yes, I am disbanding the ESF and creating the ESFE in it’s place. I want this clan to be the best of the best in any class of weapon but preferably a sniper (you can technically snipe with an automatic). I want my mods and second in command to come from you guys, and later I can tell you how to do that. First, I need to give you guys an explanation for doing what i'm doing



Heres the short version...



I dont know if any of you remember who I was when I first came on. Not five minutes into my time on the forums I created the horribly egotistical post “Sniping Tips from the Master Himself!”. Immediately I get a reply from moklee “Congratulations. now we know you're an egotistical person”. To put it lightly the comment knocked me on my butt, I had never had someone be so blatant about any of my social problems, Egotistical, Smart-aleck, brash, arrogant. He made me think about myself and the way I treat others, so I want to thank you, moklee, for changing my life for the better. But the hate continued to come, and Firestar jumped to my defence. That taught me loyalty without cause and I want to thank you for that. I took all that I had learned from that experience and others that I had in the future and made the EST in my own image. Loyalty, Courage, and Teamwork was the banner we flew under. But then, we started losing members. My second in command has been gone for two months, and my old on-server teachers had long since left me to do other things in minecraft besides mc-war. I’m not going to lie to you guys I was sad.. About as upset as you can be in a game. People like majora_jora and Brawlerace listened to my ideas and gave me new strength. With that I made the ESF. Again, the Teamwork I had felt in the beginning waned and died.

So now I turn to you, the community that has taught me so much, to help me rebuild that sense of togetherness and teamwork on the battlefield together and to throw down the shroud that is the other, more popular, player’s influence and join this. What I hope the be the next step to a better community of clans, the ESFE, where everyone respects each other and problems are met not alone, but with your clan members. I could continue the thank you list but this is about the new clan so lets get back to that shall we?





Requirement List

Standard Member: Must have a 3.0 kdr using a sniper frequently, must also show general maturity to other players and will continue to try (but not spam) if rejected, this shows loyalty



Powers: None (although you have a voice in decisions, the mods make that decision)



Positions Available: Indefinite



Moderator: Must have a 2.0 kdr and use Snipers frequently. Must be deemed fit for this position by the head-mods. Must be mature and friendly as well as demonstrating loyalty to the clan



Powers: Inviting other players, Kicking if given permission



Positions available: One for every ten standard members on top of four starting mods



Head-Mod: Must have a 2.5 kdr and use a sniper frequently. Must set a strong example and be independent enough to make decisions that may not be fun for them. Must demonstrate strong loyalty and calm under pressure. Must be deemed fit by Jkzoom or the second in command for the position.



Powers: Kicking if needed, Inviting new members, promoting new mods if the numbers allow, Interacting with the second in command freely, Can cause a clan war if 50% of the mods are in agreement and both Head-mods agree



Positions available: Two



Second in Command: Must have a 3.0 kdr and be skilled with a sniper. Must set a strong example for the whole clan and show calm under fire. Must have an aura of authority and can make decisions that are in the clan’s best interest. Must have consistent online status on the forums and the servers.



Powers: Absolute control under the owner (note: if you abuse your powers I will not hesitate to de-mod you and kick you permanently)

The modding process will happen ASAP, I'm being strapped at school and can't play as much. Below are the applications, please consider joining! The ESFE needs members and lots of them!





Standard Application (just a list of people to invite ASAP)

Mod Application

1. Why do you want to become a mod?

4. Sniper? if so how often?

5. What would you do if someone in the clan was making a fool out of the ESFE? (calling hacks, name calling, using donator weapons 10 rounds in a row)

6. If your application is accepted, who outranks you in the clan?

7. If you disagree with a decision made by someone who outranks you what do you do?

8. Tell me why I should accept your application





Head-Mod Application

1. Why do you want to become head-mod?

2. What will you bring to the clan?

3. Do you understand the importance of your position? describe in your own words

4. Are you comfortable in kicking your friend if he repeatedly dishonors the ESFE?

5. In what case would you kick someone? (example)

6. If a mod disagrees with you and speaks out, how do you respond?

7. Are you loyal? Your clan depends on your guidence

8. describe in what way you are mature

9. Who outranks you in the clan?

10. Tell me why I should accept your application

Second in Command Application

1. Do I know you? How do I know you? What experiences have you and me shared?

2. Do you trust me?

3. Can I trust you? Explan

4. What is your experience in high level clan positions?

5. If a head-mod speaks against you, what do you do?

6. At what point is it ok to kick someone?

7. Give me an example of a situation where you overthrow a head-mod vote for a new mod?

8. On a scale of one to ten how skilled are you with a sniper

9. On a scale of one to ten how Mature are you?

10. Tell me why I should accept your application

Well phanta, I think I know you enough to overlook your kdr, I understand your bringing that up. Also your a mod for mc-war so that's another plus. I would give you mod status for sure, however with the kdr thing I'm afraid that you would set a lower example if you were any higher rank (sorry)
If you can get that kdr to 2.0 then you have a shot at head-mod for sure

Meh, it's not like there was going to much clan loyalty from someone who had already left basically the same clan anyways. Thanks for pretending to be interested though. I know those big shiny clans are super interesting huh?

 

ugh..
I'm sorry for the outburst phanta. I feel cheated by the community sometimes when I try to make a good clan and there are already so many others. Im going to go lone wolf for a while and think.
Sorry again, I'm still learning and I think sometimes the best way to learn is through trial and error. Ill take another shot at clans in the future
