We Are probably gonna need more mc-war mods.

In case you haven't noticed, there are not many good applicants trying to become mod. Over the summer, more people will be playing, and more people will be applying for mod. Then hopefully we will be able to find more mods to keep the servers running cleaner.

 

Personally, I think we have enough Mc-War moderators to defend our servers. We definitely need more WarZ moderators.

 

Our mods are doing great, a fabulous job. But we have to remember they are humans and deserve rest and a break from moderating to spend with their lives. 12 mods may seem enough, but we have to remember this isn't just one server, its 10. Some of them are in different timezones, a lot of older mods have school to take care of or personal problems. It is for this reason I want to contribute in keeping our servers clean and friendly.

Other servers deserve mods, in fact I think every server needs mods. 4 in WarZ, 4 in party, and 3 in survival isn't enough.

They are doing great, but they can't always be on. More people will need more mods. I get some applications lately have been crummy (Not yours @FC_MercuryEL7 ) but there are some good applications too. I want to apply for a mod myself this summer, except I just got into to forums and stuff after a few months. But yeah, we could use a few extra mods in case since there will be a larger amount of players. I mean, the servers are always 50+ when I see them.

 

We have 10 War servers and 13 War mods. That's more than one mod per server which is enough right now.

 

That's assuming they're on without eating, sleeping, or drinking.

 

I guess it's time for me to return.

As long as we keep the current war mods and have one per server then I think we should be fine.

May or may not apply sometime in the summer when I'll actually be on teamspeak but the downfall of that is I work during the day so It'd be more of a night time moderation.

But I have not seen many other war mods on, except for munkeywr3nch, phanta, and Scoat sometimes. I do not see others some times. (Maybe time zones?)

 

I think that even if we needed war mods, people who are capable of mod and want it should apply for warz (if they are active on it). WarZ has a 10x worse community and has a lot less mods then it should.

 

I don't believe warz can be fixed as it is now with the players used to others hacking and such, but this isn't about warz so.

 

War has enough moderators already, but they are human, so they may come on at different times and can't be on 24/7 because of their life. Assuming more applicants are coming, we will have the right amount of mods to survey the server almost 24/7.

I think that as we enter summer, mods will also have more time to be on the server. And we have a lot of mods currently. I think we will be running just fine when summer hits
