    Long story short, I'm pissed off.

    I was on TeamSpeak chilling with a few friends when I got DDosed. Ok no biggie, it ended shortly after. I get back on WarZ. Ok.. Everything's frozen.. DDosed again. Anonymous on TeamSpeak messages me when I get back online "You like?" I reply "Like what?" No answer. I get ddosed again. I get back online. "That." was Anonymous's answer. (The user was literally Anonymous...). I ask if he's ddosing me.. No answer, instead I get ddosed. What. The. Actual. ****. I continue to try to play a game with The Kid Cudy (The real one, we all know his account was hacked before) on another server, believing the person ddosing me is someone whom is on WarZ.. It stops.. Ok cool. We continue to play that minigame for maybe a hour again before I get ddosed. I got another message from Anonymous. "Get back here". The WarZ community isn't all what it's cut out to be. There are too few players who actually play the game as it is. I'm not saying being a bandit is bad and everyone should be a hero, I'm saying that it's bad that I can't play without having my router fried. I don't have internet at home anymore because of being ddosed at the same time of a thunderstorm. Swell. Can't get a new modem til' my parents have enough money. They're getting house work done so it'll take awhile. So now, I must go home and crack open my dumb modem to see what the problem is. Lucky for me, I had enough money to order a few random parts for my modem (New cord, ethernet cable just in case, and a new antenna). I get to go home and play engineer. Then, if I feel safe, I get to try to play WarZ in peace again.

    The staff AND COMMUNITY need to get together and HELP FIX ITSELF.

    Community: Take screenshots of ddos threats more often, and MAKE SURE TO REPORT THEM. You don't want to report them? Send me the screenshot in private messages and I'll upload it to imgur and report it myself. See someone hacking and you have a decent computer that won't lag when you record? Start recording gameplay and catch them hacking. Then, post the video to youtube (Set it to a private link if you want, meaning only people who have the link can view it. This will prevent the hacker or ddoser from knowing it was you who reported him/her.) and / or send it to me and I'll report it myself.

    Staff: Take reports more seriously. I'm not sure how much it costs for a unban, but DDosers should have to pay a lot more than others. Make the price for buying a unban more. Another thing you can do is make it so someone can only buy a certain amount of unbans. It's getting ridiculous up in here, and the War between hackers and norms is still going. It will always be going. Where's our heroes? The staff are supposed to be on this. I hope this inspires you to take more control before the servers are overrun with hackers.

    Well, true I actually get hit off almost everyday but for a very short time. I believe DDoS threats are not bannable anymore. I don't think the person was apart of Anonymous, they only target government websites, occasionally steal paypal accounts/credit cards but will hit anyone if they pissed them off. It's probably some 7 year old that is mad at you in some way, it could be one of the known WarZ DDoSers/DoXers/DoSers. Worse case is that it could be Anonymous but they don't target people on Minecraft unless of course... Yep. Seventh_Elf did you piss someone off recently? After the new invention "the internet", there has now been to take away the internet privileges. Jeez, this wouldn't happen if the internet wasn't created but some people are MAD in love with internet like me. If it was Anonymous they wouldn't do it for a few seconds/minutes but telling how your router is fried yet still on McBrawl forums some how but seriously who the hell would ... *sigh*, once a person has hit someone off it will become a sensation of enlightenment but that will turn into addiction. Seventh change your ip, get a proxy, etc. When I was a mod, I just kick the threateners for 60 minutes. I'm not sure what was the punishment of a threat but I didn't like it. Other than that Welcome To The WarZ Community where DDoSing happens all the time.

    I have reported DDoS threats before, and people admitting to DDoS. However, there is now a hacked client which generates chat, making people seem to admit to DDoSing, but in reality, they aren't.

    So, as of now, the only REAL solution is to get Federal Police involved. My family has a friend who is a serious gamer, works at Apple in Boston, and he agrees this is one of the best solutions.

    Honestly, if the DDoSing can't be fixed, the best option is to shut down WarZ entirely. No more DDoSing, and no more WarZ for the DDoSers.

    It has been the same with me recently, however, only for a short spam. And I agree with above, did you annoy anyone recently? Or is it completely out of the blue? :V

    The police don't do to much to DDoSers unless what I believe is if someone has lost 5000 dollars worth of valuables or profit on the PC. I might be wrong but I have heard that the sentence for DDoSing is 5-10 years.

    Ever since I got fraps, I've been recording almost every fight I'm in. I personally have never been DDoSed(Or had any threats) so I can't really report people in that category. But, I actually haven't seen THAT many hackers. There are a few here and there, but for the most part, my fights are legit(Supprisigly enough).

    A little while ago I found out that my "friend" was hacking. We started recording, went on a practice server, and he instantly started using his hacks. We even pretended to be interested in them. He started naming a full list of the hacks he used on WarZ and WarZ like servers. We went a bit too far when we asked him to demonstrate his fast place, he was suspicious, but still fell for it.

    He later found out that we recorded him, and that we were going to report him. I never did report him because he threatened to DDOS me if I did. He still plays on WarZ a lot, and still uses his hacks, but he isn't banned. The footage is old, but if it's still reportable, I can private message the proof to you.

    I'm going to see what I can do. I killed a few kids on WarZ that day who raged at me but nothing more. All I know is that it's getting ridiculous and people should start taking action.

    Please do. I'll report it in a second. Might I suggest that you also get a VPN / New IP address when you do? I'd hate to see a good member disappear.

    You would think our staff would consider a federal crime as a rule that shouldn't be broke . Ddos threats need perms bans.

    If it was proof, it can still count for something. Whether the staff take it or leave it, it's good to get it out there. Once when they see that, the user will be watched closely. If any further hack videos are put out there, he may be banned.

    If someone makes multiple threats, the definitely deserved a ban.

    Idk how much longer ill be here past night my email got hacked. I managed to chamge the pass but its pathetic and i really dont think staff gove a ****
