Team Picking

    I noticed that a lot of times the teams are completely unfair and the same team keeps winning and winning and winning. So I have devised 3 ways to make the team picking more fair:

    1- Pick based on rank; There should be an even amount of normal, prestige, and donor players on each team.

    2- Randomise the picking; Randomise each team, each match.

    3- Let the players pick; Warning! This is the worst idea here! Anyway, lets move on. In this idea, the players would pick teams before the match starts. But, the teams have a limit number of players. Like if it was team deathmatch and there was 22 players on, there would be 11 players on each team. And if it was infect, the would be 2 players on the infected team and 20 players on the other team.

    The problem with this is it would interfere with clans. The whole point of clans is to be on the same team as another person in your clan.

    Not a good idea. Most of the time the teams get spawnkilled because of one clan. I remember Zyth murdering server 1 still. Dem old days...

    Okay, new plan, clans would come first, then my ideas would be second (sort clans first before other people).

    Normally if there are members of two big clans like LTX or DawZ on one server they normally are not on the same team. But occasionally they will be and that is just part of the clan system and I don't think that it need changing. If you thought the sides were unfair now, you should've tried being against FLUX in the old days.

    What about if a clan has 75+ people, it will be in one team, and if theres another clan that also has 75+ people, it will be on the other? So 2 somewhat big clans will be on opposite teams.

    That is what normally happens, however on occasion they will be on the same team. It all depends on how many people from the clan are in at one time. Normally on server 1 here is a bunch of DawZ members and some from LTX. Seeing as there is a big group from each they normally end up on opposite teams.

    It's already randomized. Clans come first, though.
    Letting players pick their team is a really bad idea; it only usually works on private servers or servers with bots.

    Maybe only mvps can pick teams?

    This would make no sense because after the clans are decided there arnt that many people that have no clan left.

    Well if you just don't like the team your on then just go on another server or just hide and camp from the good players.
