Camper or rusher?

Both. Wish you had that as an option.

 

Depends on the map. In maps where I know I can spawn trap the enemy, I rush. In maps where I'm on the side that know I will have the disadvantage, I tend to stay back.

 

For me it all depends on the map and gun that I use. When on a map liken bootleg with the Cbow I tend to camp because the layout if the map is not made for rushing. But on other maps I may rush.

 

It's true :V Camping is not a noob thing :V

i am a active rusher, i camp a spot when it's good, when it becomes bad i relocate. also sometimes i might rush.

 

I rush with the Iso.

 

It depends on the situation and the map at hand. I try to play aggressive, but if their is a large majority of enemies and my choice of weaponry can not kill them quickly, I will wait for them and slowly pick of targets. On summit CTF, I hardcore rush. Normally people I see camp the balcony or the computers in the main room, but I go behind the enemy and mow them down with a mini gun. While they focus on getting an easy nuke and not playing the objective, I rush for the flag and actually try to cap it whenever I can. Sure in that game I will get 10-15 deaths, but I get 80+ kills in the process just from rushing :V

 

It depends on the map for me. If it's something like Sea-Town, Dome, etc., I try to rush up in a good spot kind of near the enemy spawn.

On maps like Summit, I find a good spot to spray the Skull_Crusher into to get kills.

little bit of both, tend to move around alot since I get targeted most of the time. It's just a matter of how well you know the map, know the enemy teams guns and who's on your team and their guns. I stay back a little when I'm feeling lazy and a little bored of the map. there are maps that are hard not to camp, like dday, summit, erosion? etc.

 

In my opinion, it's not just "camper" and "rusher", there's a whole spectrum of playstyles to consider, although camper and rusher are the two ends of said spectrum.

That being said, I instinctively play games cautiously, being in an area I deem dangerous freaks me out and makes me constantly nervous. So yeah, I'm a natural coward, if you've ever been in a game with me trying to stop a nuke and wondering just where the hell I am, it's probably the safest corner I could find.
There's upsides and downsides to playing like this, on one hand, I can spot a player scoping in with a Skullcrusher or Iso from 40 blocks away and tell where they're going to shoot. On the other hand, I rarely nuke outside of CTF and almost never more than once.

tl;dr, I'm that guy waaaaay up in a tower peeking out from behind a wall to take one or two pot shots with my sniper before hiding again.

 

Rush all the way for me
When I spawn, I immediately start pushing as hard as I can until I reach the enemy spawn. Once I reach there, I stay as long and get as many kills as I can.
