    This is an idea when only people that are not New Members can apply for staff. There will be a lock in the "Make a Application" button that makes only people that are known to the community able to apply for mod

    Maybe you should raise the post requirements 200+.

    30 posts ain't enough. 300+ posts is considered a minimum.

    Although 300 posts is the usual standard, setting the minimum at 30 posts will actually make the player have to go around the forums and hopefully learn a thing or two. +1
