I like the idea however it depends on what guns we are applying...
I feel the only three guns that should even consider having this property are shotguns, specific pistols, and specific snipers.

Specific snipers should have this property as they obviously have larger calibers meaning they will go through people. The two snipers that come to mind are the L120_Isolator and the Barret50c.

All shotguns should have the property as they fire so many pellets obviously something will go through realistically.

Some pistols should have penetration as they too have larger calibers. The magnum .44, deagle, and python have larger caliburs so they should be able to penetrate. The executioner also shoots many pellets so like shotguns, at least one pellet should go through realistically. Guns like the M9 and USP-45 are more like semi-auto pistols meaning they don't have larger calibers thus they do not penetrate.

SMGS & AR's should not have the property as.... Okay just imagine this... Someone has a minifun (@Mokolee ) and runs into spawn... They will be able to shoot at players at spawn and hit all of them as bullets penetrate... That off the start is unfair. This same idea applies to guns such as the P90, PP90, Lemantation, Skullcrusher, and M4A1... Automatics being able to spray through people so easily is truly unfair. If you have a gun that does large damage and shoots semi-fast and/or shoots a lot of bullets quickly, penetration damage is highly unfair.
