Nice video. I have a bit of trouble using the grappling hook. It's fun to mess around with though.

 

It has to land on a block, not on the side of it. Hopefully that should help some.

They are still a bit wonky, so if anything glitches out, let us know c:
To use it, right click and make sure it lands on a block. Once you are sure it has landed, right click again to go to the location of the hook.

I feel like a ninja when using the new grappling hook.

The new grappling hook was a great addition, now players can get on rooftops more easily. It bugs sometimes, but once you get a strategy for using it, it gets easier. You can also use it to run faster; simply grapple the ground in front of you while sprinting, and you get a boost.
PS: You're on my crane : P

 

I hit BBSlayer5150 off the ship twice with it :V
that might be a bug being able to hit friends with grappling hook

 

The knockback when you get hit is also really high. It knocks you almost a full block.

 

Hum... this kind of op like if you're chasing someone jus take out your grappling hook and swing him back to you so you can kill him.

 

That could also make fights more intense. Thought you could get away, NOPE.

 

You can't grapple other players

 

Kind of look like a terrorists

 

If someone is doing that, you can use your Barret to headshot them. No biggie if they're trying to defend themselves, especially when you have all Tier IV.
