    That just may be your texture.
    If I am correct, the hatchet it a golden axe.

    Type /texture with Server Textures OFF and you'll get the link to the fixed download. Download the file, place it under your resource packs folder in .minecraft, and you should be good to go! Also, you don't have the delay when you join the server.

    Hmm, I don't see the numbers beside it for the ammo either.
    It is more than likely your pack. You can do as @bob8is8cool had said, or just get a different texture.

    There aren't any numbers for ammo, and you don't show video. Could we get a video or is the bug over now?

    It is the texture pack you get when you log in. That means there is a bug in the normal texture pack then.

    Why do I need a video to show you the bug? It's a hachet that has the name "MP5". It doesn't act like one but like a hachet. You can find them in normal chests sometimes, I keep on finding them

    But all you need to know is:
    -Hachet named a MP5
    -Does still act as a Hachet.
    -Can be found in chest along with normal hachets.
    I can get a video if you still want some information then

    No no, I mean is the but still there ingame, and if so can you record yourself doing some stuff with the item like hitting and shooting.
