Primary and Secondary Perks

    Face the facts, people, perks like Hardline, Martydom, and Flak Jacket are, essentially, useless. Heck, the only perk that is amazing is scavenger, and it's a needed one for every gun, which really makes the perk selection a lot smaller. My idea is to incorporate primary and secondary perks, so no perk will be left out.
    The primary perks would be the powerful ones, the ones that are amazing. The secondary perks wouldn't be as good, more like a small add-on to your class. You cannot have 2 primary perks in your loadout, and you cannot have 2 secondary perks. It has to be 1 primary perk, and 1 secondary perk.

    Primary Perks:
    • Scavenger
    • Sleight of Hand
    • Juggernaut
    • Speed (too overpowered as a secondary perk)
    • Stopping Power
    Secondary Perks:
    • Martydom
    • Hardline
    • Flak Jacket
    • Marathon
    Notice how there are more primary perks than secondary perks. This is because the secondary perks won't be that good, so they would be a small help. The reason for these primary and secondary perks is because look, nobody EVER uses Hardline, Martydom, or Flak Jacket because they are, in most people's opinions, a ripoff. Who would pick a perk that drops a grenade when you die, a perk that is both broken and would just not let you get killed by a grenade, a perk that gives you more stamina, over the perk that gives you extra ammo, a perk that reduces reload time, etc. Please leave comments below on what you think of this twist to the perk system.

    Edit - I think the secondary perks should be made $2.00 since they aren't as strong as the Primary ones.

    *Note* Speed and Marathon would not be a valid combo in infect, and personally I think there shouldn't be a speed o marathon in infect period.

    It is so OP in infect or with model/iso/gun with a good amount of ammo.

    Zombies would overwhelm you., plus I added in no Speed+Marathon combos in infect.

    i really like this idea. i hope it get added. i really want to use marathon but i like scavenger more :grinning:

    and now i can combine them so there is no problem :grinning:

    I like this idea. Not many people use the secondary perks much and they're not too op either. Having these two types of perks would mostly see an increase in sales since a lot of people would want to equip two perks at once.

    Considering I haven't tried nor do I plan to try Martydom or Flak Jacket, despite having them months and months, I could see this being a nice way to add variety.

    What about Scavenger+Hardline? Near limitless ammo and faster killstreaks seems like a bit much.
    But you'd have to go without Scavenger to do that, so only those two weapons and the LAW would be really viable to do that with. One of which has slow projectiles, one needs to be scoped (thus slowing you down) for any sort of accuracy, and one is short ranged. A short range powerhouse, but still.

    Situation A: If the item isn't good, people won't buy it, therefore it is not in common use.
    Situation B: If an item is good, people will buy it, therefore it will be more common.

    So if it's more useful, more people will use it!

    Of course, this might be sarcastic, I really can't tell with you anymore.
